Negative experience: When someone calls and asks if they can pick up information on a house your company has listed. You even gave me the address to your office. When I get there the arrogant man informs me that they do not have information on the house that thier company has listed. To contact the listing agent. You couldn't tell me that on the phone? Then you lie to my face that you even spoke to me. Now why would I even consider buying a home you have listed. You have already lied to my face and sent me on a wild goose chase. Spending millions to buy a home and then deal with this right from the start. NOPE!!!!

Negative experience: Beware I was rented a home that was infested with termites and rodents. Cyndi Rue was professional and sweet but failed to mention the home was infested. She knowingly helped the homeowner rent me the home now me and my family are living in an inhabitable home with no way to contact the homeowner!!!!! Be careful!!!!!!!

The same guy who works for this company gave the company a 5 ⭐️ buyer ⛔️be aware⛔️ I will not recommend this company for any of my real estate transactions. My agent was Kaithlynn Treasure. The realtor commission agreement was 1% after finalizing all paperwork. She took home $10,000. (3.077%) Rushing through the paperwork.

Fantastic experience: Ruth and Dan Primo Realtors - Charles Rutenberg Realty Just helped me find my first time Florida home I closed Friday January 23 . They worked so hard at getting me the best price ,lower then I would of ever thought possible and helped me thru every step of the way .Ruth even went to my closing ! You guys go over and beyond !! I will be shouting your names from my new roof top!. If I could give you 25 stars I would !!!!

Negative experience: My husband tried hanging his license at this office and broker Mike was rude and unprofessional and accused him of practicing without a license and hung up on him. I have heard from other agents at CRR that they are ruthless people and don't care about their agents. I will recommend anyone trying to hang their license with CRR to go elsewhere.

Negative experience: I started off pretty excited about working with Mena Antanios because he and his team seemed super professional. But man, things went downhill fast and it turned into a total mess. It all began well— I thought everything was going to be smooth sailing. Then I stumbled on a little lie, nothing huge, but still a lie. They played it off as a mix-up and promised to fix it right away, so I let it slide. But then, one lie led to another, and pretty soon, I felt like I was dealing with a different company. Every time they “fixed” something, another issue popped up, and it became clear they weren’t being straight with me. Trusting them became impossible because it felt like their integrity had left the building. It wasn’t just a few mistakes here and there—it was like their whole operation was shady. Their customer service was a joke, too. Whenever I tried to get answers or sort things out, I either got the runaround or no reply at all. It seemed like once they knew they couldn’t fool my wife and I anymore, we were just ignored. Here’s the bottom line: working with Mena was a nightmare. They promised a lot but delivered little besides stress and frustration. If you’re looking around for someone reliable, I’d say keep looking. There are plenty of companies here that actually stick to their word. Do yourself a favor and avoid Mena if you can—you’ll save yourself a ton of hassle. If I could give "Zero" stars, I would.

Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of working with Krista as my realtor, and I must say, she exceeded all expectations. From the moment we began our collaboration, it was evident that Krista possessed a relentless drive and determination to make things happen. One of Krista's most admirable qualities is her go-getter attitude. She doesn't shy away from challenges; in fact, she thrives on them. I was particularly impressed by her tenacity when it came to closing a tough sale. Despite encountering obstacles along the way, Krista remained unfazed and determined to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients.

Negative experience: Don't waste your time buying or listing with Marsha Rentella. I was working with Marsha Rentella she showed me two properties in Mission Hills one was her listing and one was another office listing. I am retired after 30 years in the Real estate buisness. I was a top agent for a reason! i took the time to educate myself and be the best i could be. i was very successful because of that. I could not believe the lack of knowledge and ignorance Marsha showed me. She apparently was very angry i did not want to move forward on her listing and choose a different one that was in much better shape. She actually said the one i choose she did not like. More importantly she doesn't do her job by screening the offers that come in on her listings she asked me to do it myself and refused to do her job! When i told her i already did and its her job to look the offer over and make sure all is good she became very angry and said it’s not my job! Ok well why is the seller paying her a commission what is her job then? This blew my mind i would not list with her because she cost her seller a very good offer which now i’m not making an offer because i don't want yo deal with this sellers agent not for 1 minute more let a long 30 to 45 days. Unbelievable i feel very bad for her seller because the property has been sitting with no offers and i actual was seriously considering putting the offer in today. She also works with just one lender and seems to like it that way so if your not going with her lender then she doesn't want to deal with you.

Negative experience: I dealt with Timmy Evans. Constant issues, constant lies, constant mess ups. I would not recommend. Preys on those who trust her. Her lack of knowledge is astonishing. I wasn’t allowed to see the house I put an offer on for 45 days…

Negative experience: Being busy is one thing but not returning customers phone calls and not being responsible enough to take care of your customers problems and avoiding them is plain old bad business. I don’t recommend him at all!!!

Negative experience: Stay away from this lazy and unprofessional “property manager”. Doesn’t answer multiple calls and texts after tenant hasn’t paid in months. Also can’t get ahold of him to even get the security deposit. Absolutely unprofessional don’t waste your time with him.

Negative experience: We recently had the great misfortune of buying a property where Ben Taraj was the seller's agent. He did not show up for the initial showing but had the his client show the property. After we signed the purchase contract, Ben UNETHICALLY amended it without our agents knowledge to state we would pay seller's title insurance ($3000) and we had to threaten legal action to get to closing. Throughout the process, he was unresponsive both to our agent and title company and many times they had to communicate directly with the seller. At closing, Ben did not tell his clients by when they needed to vacate the property or how to leave the property in order. We got to the walkthrough and they were frantically trying to move out. We pushed our closing back but decided to close on the agreed upon date to avoid more moving costs. We were left with a house that was filthy inside, lawn not cut, garbage throughout the entire property, hundreds of cigarette butts, missing keys, fuel on our front lawn and an ant infestation. Ben was a ghost and not returning any of our agents calls. We are still missing keys and no accountability from him. What should have been a happy day, was a stressful disaster both for us and his clients. Ben Taraj is UNETHICAL, UNPROFESSIONAL and INCOMPETENT.

Negative experience: Use this realtor at your own risk. Charles Rutenberg has a terrible reputation. Ginger Gillum one of their realtors come to find out is no different with quite an extensive past containing serious allegations on record. You only need to do a simple internet search on arrests, mug shots, and public court records to gather quite a lot of information on Ginger. Because I trusted Ginger Gillum as being a long-time friend of my mother’s and knowing the family. I did not do this extensive research. It is important to investigate her background extensively should you chose to enter a real estate transaction with her. Charles Rutenberg has not said much of anything with my entire situation and complaint. It is important if something happens like this to you with their realty that you complain to the state and ethics board to ensure others do not encounter the same unethical and unprofessional treatment as a client. Buyer beware Ginger Gillum and Charles Rutenberg do not have the best histories and it would seem they do not have their client interests at the front before their own. If you are selling your home, look for another realty and realtor. If you don’t, you only have yourself to blame when something happens. Do your research on Charles Rutenberg and Ginger Gillum.

Negative experience: Carlos Simoni is a realtor with Charles Rutenberg. He's one of the most unprofessional, unethical, and dishonest people I've has the displeasure of interacting with. He misrepresented himself as a transaction broker during a real estate transaction, when he actually had a single agent agreement with the seller. This was an "as-is" purchase, so I could care less where the commission went as the buyer. Every interaction we had over the phone quickly became a screaming match instigated by him cutting me off, talking over me, and insulting me by explaining to me "how this is all going to work" Avoid him

Negative experience: A couple years late in leaving this review, but we're still feeling the effects today. There was already a cash offer for the asking price on 3560 Lake Highland Dr in Palm Harbor when we saw it at an open house. The CR realtor told us we needed to make an offer in the next couple hours. We were pre-approved, and made an offer for 10,000 over the asking price, and agreed to make the seller's first two mortgage payments at their new house to make sure it wouldn't cost them anything to wait until the closing date and take our higher offer. Found out the realtor never took our offer to the client so they could just get the quick closing.

Negative experience: Before you make an offer on one of Jeff Stuben Pa properties check for mistakes. Our listing said FURNISHED. Just like that in all caps. It meant whatever the seller didn’t want. Literally nothing from the living room was included. He listed in with the wrong HOA, saying that the HOA paid for sewer. Wrong. Maybe not a huge deal but just want people to know that he might be ok with misleading people.

Negative experience: Construction under this agency is working against legally allowed rules. Waking up neighbours at 6.30 am on Saturday. When spoken to construction, the answer you get -we are behind. Horrible organization

Negative experience: I called the office to seek for assistance but all I get was waiting, expecting and a lot of disappointment. I am very displeased on how the lady named Susan who handled contract.

Negative experience: I am very dissatisfied with this realty, particularly with Susan who handled my transactions. I tried to be civil with my words but I just want to let everyone know not to use this company at all cost!

Negative experience: The most unprofessional realtor I’ve ever dealt with! We made an offer on what we thought was our dream home for our family of 5, and we were completely disregarded and ignored by the seller and their agent, Angela Julian! 48hrs of eagerly waiting for an answer and not even the decency to reject an offer. Our own realtor attempted to reach the agent as well and was ignored. When you’re dealing with someone’s future for their family, have the professionalism and respect to at least decline! Not to mention the agent personally has claimed just how motivated the seller is!!! What a complete joke!

Negative experience: Recently I worked with this agency in a transaction in Port Richey. The seller was represented by Mr. Alberto Baalbaki, I feel obligated to leave this review because the closing date was full of uncomfortable events. To begin with Mr. Baalbaki was MIA on closing date, claiming that he had jury duty, closing date was agreed upon almost 1 month before. Then owners were still in the process of moving out (which I didn't make a big deal and left after signing the documents) but what really got to me is utilities' accounts that was not taking care of, I found out the day after closing, when I went to the local water office to set up the account. Then a member of the sellers' family acted confrontational towards me, as if I had to ask them to get this done. Meantime, the agent was still MIA, bombarding my agent with text messages. What really sadness me is that previous owners were a sweet couple, they moved within 1 block from the property, hopefully this is the end of it. I think both parties were put on the hot sit and there was lack of information. Any confrontational & uncomfortable situation could had been avoided if the seller’s agent would of guide his clients on planning, and on what to expect before, during and after closing the transaction. As buyer I complied with every pre-requisite asked by the agency, in fact some of the ask such as proof of escrow prior home inspection was provided so the inspector could have access to the property. Needless to say, I understand that Florida market is “hot” but when seller’s agents act as if they are entitle to anything without even showing up in confrontational situations, I had to say something. If you are a first time seller, ask for referrals and choose someone who will guide you and protect your piece of mind throughout the process. RE is stressful as it is, but it gets more difficult when you are doing things solo. Good luck!

Negative experience: Do not use Andrea Stoll at Charles Rutenberg Realty! Find a different agency! Period! Andrea Stoll with Charles Rutenberg Realty was awful to work with! Lacks professionalism, no respect towards buyers agents, zero responsiveness and has a bullying mentality. I have my real estate license in another state and I’m confident she’s breaking all kinds of ethical rules. She replied to our original offer telling us what we need to change on our offer and wrote exactly what she wanted us to change it to. When we resubmitted our offer with OUR terms she wrote us back and said, "You keep changing it!”. Our buyers agents asked NUMEROUS times for room dimensions because they were not provided on the MLS and she never provided them. She denied our request for an inspection for insurance purposes and tried to force her preferred insurance agent on us claiming he does not require any inspection reports. She went as far as copying him in an email with buyers agents. When asked if we could please schedule an inspection a second time (for insurance purposes only and for an on time closing) the week before Thanksgiving she denied it claiming we needed loan approval and the appraisal back first. When buyers agent politely asked if we could have the inspection done before Thanksgiving because of the holiday she said, "I understand it may not be "convenient" timing for you personally, but most of the time nothing ever is in our job!". An agent of any respectable demeanor would have accommodated. Buyers agents and Andrea agreed when the appraisal came back and the loan approval was complete they would let the buyers perform their 4 point inspection. Andrea would not give access instructions to Buyers Agents the morning of the inspection and demanded to them that she speak to the buyers inspector. Buyers agents put her on a conference call on the way to the inspection with the inspection company and she still would not give access instructions to her. Finally she gave them to the inspection company owner, who was also very inconvenienced and baffled by her inconsiderate behavior. The final walk thru was the day before closing. The dishwasher was never connected to the water line and the staging furniture was not removed. We came back the next day a Friday at noon (2 hours before closing) and the dishwasher was connected to the water line, but the staging furniture was not removed. Our closing was delayed an hour and 20 minutes. The mobile notary also had to wait on us for an hour and 20 minutes. Friday night Andrea texted Buyers Agents: "Buyers agents better have the keys and not released buyers." Since Andrea didn't do her job correctly and ensure the home was vacant of all furniture at walk-thru the closing did not go through until Monday at 11:30 am. Buyers agents politely asked if the buyers could at least clean the house over the weekend since they had planned to move in and Andrea said no. So although funds were approved to close, buyers couldn’t access property and at that point could not prorate back to seller over the weekend. The amount of stress caused to not only the us the buyers, but also the buyers agents is unacceptable. Andrea created a hostile environment for all parties involved, including the lender and title company, who were copied on every single email exchange, as well as the inspection company owner. Her attitude, lack of professionalism and closing disaster should have absolutely resulted in her being reprimanded.

Negative experience: If I could give them 0 I would Pam Lee is the rudest person I have ever met.

Negative experience: one of agents (Edgar Bergen) at this company was the buyer's agent on a listing I had. He was not only rude (yelling at me in Spanish) but also ignorant in the process and rules such as insisting that a listing agent should not be present during a home inspection that buyer paid for. Also his buyers are to be in default due to his negligence and no follow-up on the loan approval. Now we have to wait for another 15 days to close.

Positive experience: Good people, maybe a little too overzealous with the Covid 19 rules.

Negative experience: Gloria Pion is an unethical agent. If she represents your property I feel sorry for you. She is a snake in the grass. She will lie to you or "forget to tell you" important information. She will allow the buyer to walk all over your contractual rights. Whatever benefits Gloria's pocketbook is what is in her best interest not representing you and your interests.

Negative experience: Real Estate Agent Brian Wilson showed my property to his client. Left the front door unlocked and never returned the key to the lock box. Stated he his client wanted to make an offer and asked for my email address. I informed him I want to first make sure my house is secure before we go over any contract discussions. Mr. Wilson then canceled the offer due to the fact I wouldn't immediately give out my email address. Not respectful of other peoples property, Casts contact offers aside with little effort.

Fantastic experience: Over the past 30 years have bought and sold over a dozen properties and have to say this has been the most professional and best experience I've had by far. John Mazur was my agent, we had an extremely difficult buyer and John handled the situation with patience and a very professional attitude. He really went to bat for me as the seller, and he went the extra yard on many occasions during negotiations. And making sure the property was ready for sale, including repairs done quickly and cheaply. I highly recommend John and Charles Rutenberg Realty.

Negative experience: So we decided to go with Charles Rutenberg and Tammy Keller / Dolores Garcia because they assisted us with the purchase of the same home. This was our first selling experience. So a little new to all of it. We called them towards the end of January 2018. Tammy called and said our house was a perfect candidate and we could make some money. She said that Dolores would be calling us to go ahead and set everything up. Dolores called and said she would come by with in the next few days to take a look. I explained that I worked banker hours and would not be available but that my wife would. So she came by and said our house would show like a model home because of the way we decorated. She recommended to do few minor things and that it could be on the market with in a week. Our neighbor across the street also listed their house at the same time as ours with a different company. So a few weeks go by after its on the market and we had no showings. They claimed our house was on Zillow , Realtor , Trulia and Charles Rutenberg's page. We never could find our home on Charles Rutenberg's page. As our neighbor across the street was blowing up with listings everyday. After a month we counted Our neighbor had 30+ showings to our 4-5. We are really wondering what was going on. We called Dolores and she recommended lowering our price instantly. Which after 1 month we were not ready to do. So a few more weeks pass and we actually had 8 showings in 5 days. It was Spring break thats why we figured it was busy that week. Still no offers though. As our neighbor was scheduling a closing and getting ready to move out. They had over 50 showings in 6 weeks. We finally agreed to lower the price 5k and have an open house. Since "Dolores" said price was the issue. Well our open house was on a Saturday . Dolores didnt even host it. They had some helper from the office come. When we got back to the house later that day we were told that only Nosey neighbors stopped by and that it was not productive at all. After the end of that weekend we decided to call the Duncan Duo. In the mean time we had to call Tammy and Dolores to let them go. So After Duncan Duo came by Monday I made the call Monday night to Dolores. Told her how unhappy with the results we have gotten especially with our neighbor already closing in a few more weeks. Her boss Tammy called me with in a few minutes of hanging up with Dolores. Here are some of things that were said to me over the phone by Tammy, " I was Lucky she was letting us out of our contract " I dont believe in Facebook for marketing houses " I wont lose any sleep over this " " No one will sell your house for cheaper than us " " I have no clue what SEO marketing is " . I also complained that in 8 weeks I never met Dolores face to face. Due to the fact I worked 7A-6p Mon-Fri. Just to reiterate that the Real Estate agent selling my house never took the time to come meet me face to face. The Duncan Duo had our house back on the market with in 10 days and we had several showings with in the first few days and an offer with in 3 weeks. Closed 45 days later. My wife and I personally feel that Dolores and Tammy cost us 5k in profit.

She always is available to talk and answer any questions you may have. She works incredibly hard to satisfy everyone in the process. She also really knows her stuff. Jeffrey found many properties that matched the criteria we were looking for and set up showings. At each property he was informed of the homes detailed information and walked through each home showing us it's best features and any issues the home had that we should be aware of. He is very professional and courteous and from start to finish we truly felt that he was in our corner making sure we got the best deal possible. Negative experience: I would avoid dealing with a realtor Annette Rodriguez. She is completely unprofessional and acts unethically trying to make deals outside of closing. She lost us 6000 dollars and avoided any contact with her whatsoever. I would avoid her at all costs or just choose another broker to go with altogether.

PAMELA LEE who presented HERSELF for almost 3yrs as "A PROPERTY MANAGER" employee of Charles Rutenberg for a home I rented through Pamela Lee. All paperwork proved PAMELA LEE was doing things she should NOT have been doing. Pamela is very unprofessional. So bad, I had to call Better Business Bureau and Pasco County's Sheriff's Department to have Pamela forced to leave the premises of the home I rented through Pamela. I WOULD NOT recommend PAMELA LEE.

Fantastic experience: I am using a great agent with this company. His name is David W. McCann. He is very ethical and is good at what he does. I wish all realtors were on his level of professionalism. They are not all the same. There are a few in this company I would avoid. Believe me.

Negative experience: Don’t recommend simply based on our interaction with one of the realtors. Our landlord (who lives in Mexico) hired Leiza to rent out the house we used to be in. From the get go LIEza was unprofessional, lacking in communication, and just seemed rude and down right bothered with her job. Instead of calling like a normal person would on the first interaction she just decides to text everything. And then she got the information mixed up and tried to make me look bad. Not to mention she told our landlord (who has never seen the house before) that she should keep our $1200 security deposit because the house was in “awful condition”. Little do both of them know, we left the house in better condition than we found it and they have no idea because they never even seen what it looked like before!!!

Fantastic experience: When I first received my real estate license I had joined one of the national franchise chains and was made all sorts of promises which they were unable to follow thru on. I joined CRR 2 years ago, what a Great decision it was.. The staff at CRR is Great! Ant time I have a question it is answered promptly, there has always been a broker available to answer and help me with any issues and/or questions. That is probably why more agents join CRR every day.

Negative experience: This "prestigious" real estate company took an elderly neighbor, who's husband had recently passed, for a 20% commission on a sale of $12,500. She didn't know better. Absolutely immoral! Agent Cheryl Nelson I hope you're proud of yourself! Sleep well?

Negative experience: Avoid working with Chris Kuhlman at all costs. He lied repeatedly to us via phone, for a month. Once we arrived in FL he lied to our faces. He is an unethical real estate agent, do not trust him.

Fantastic experience: I've hung my license with this brokerage for the last 4 years of my real estate career, I cannot express how simple they make it in allowing me to do my job. My favorite part about working here is the file system that they use for me to upload documents, it's super easy and if you do your job you can get paid at the closing table instead of waiting for your broker to send you a check afterwards.

Negative experience: called and asked for a rep. They simply replied she doesn't work there anymore and literally just hungup on me..

Negative experience: Terrible. I would not suggest Nicholas Giaccone to anyone. He made it a terrible experience for me as a seller. He gave my roommate whom I was trying to sell my house with a ridiculous number that he promised he could sell the house for when he had never even seen it before. Then sent her a copy comp report he made up with houses that were way bigger, nicer and not even in the same neighborhood. When I questioned why he was giving her false information he said he just made up a quick report because she wanted one but it was not “set in stone”. I decided I was going to give him one more chance to actually come to my house and give us a realistic number, set an appointment with him and no show. I sat there for 30 mins and finally sent a txt asking if he would still be making the appointment and all I got back was a txt saying “sorry can’t make it”. So unprofessional. Sold my house using a realtor way more professional and helpful. I would not suggest this group to anyone!

Negative experience: I called this company looking for a realtor to help me purchase a condo. Mary Jo Rohr answered the phone. She did not tell me that she was a full time clerk in the office with little experience. I immediately had problems with her and contacted her broker Fred Hintenberger. He urged me to work with Mary Jo. That was a huge mistake. I wound up loosing the condo. The process for the inspection period and response time was never explained to me. I have tried to re-kindle this deal with another agent but Mary Jo totally vilified me to the listing agent making this extremely difficult for me to do. Avoid this company and avoid Mary Jo Rohr.

Negative experience: Dianna Mcdonald is not an honest realtor. Be very careful using her. She will take backup offers on a house under contract. She was selling her house but refused to fix all the 4 point items on the inspection. Didn't care that we lost money on the house inspection, told us to move on.

Negative experience: The Sellers agent Barbara Zapal was unresponsive, unattentive, and only sent messages when she was trying to force the close without ever actually helping to attain the information needed by the mortgage company. When her sellers left the Condo with spoiled food and milk in the fridge and freezer, along with trash through out, her excuse was "I'm a transactional broker, not their boss". We walked through 4 days prior to the sale on Good Faith that it was still Occupied, this was unprofessional. Obviously her statement cleared up a lot, They are not Agents at Charles Rutenberg Realty, they are "Transactional" brokers looking for a quick check. Thank you for clearing that up for me, I will make sure to make it clear to everyone else in the future when I see a home being advertised by your Brokerage.

Negative experience: This company and their agent, Darius Carter, made for an absolute horrible experience for me as a seller. Their agent was nearly completely unresponsive to contact attempts from my agent from the beginning and for the title company and even his own client towards the end. My closing was extended because he was unable to do his job without being constantly reminded by my agents. He filled out forms wrong, signed in the wrong places, and was unresponsive for long periods of time when it was brought to his attention that he needed to fix his multiple and repeated mistakes. His client was even unaware until the last minute that we would not be closing on the contract date because he did not inform anyone about anything. He showed up to the showing 30 minutes late and to the inspection an hour late. His complete lack of punctuality and professionalism made me and other involved wonder if he was actually an agent at all. I would highly recommend against using this person for your sale or purchase. I am sick at the thought that this man was paid anything from the sale of my home since he was unable to do his job. Every person I spoke with made it clear that the problems lied with Darius. Pretty sad that almost all of their positive reviews are from employees and not clients. It appears they are trying to balance out the negative reviews from clients. This is an abuse of the review system.

Fantastic experience: This is my home base. Even though I work out of the Tampa area primarily, I love to go in and when I get my surprise the girls are terrific. Love to talk with my broker's they know so much. What a supportive company. So glad to be a part of Charles Rutenberg Realty.

Negative experience: BUYER BEWARE: Have dealt with an agent from this brokerage twice. They take very little care in how they deal with clients, are unprofessional and we were completely misadvised by a careless agent which led to us purchasing a unit which had way more costs than expected despite an inspection. After reaching out to the agent to rectify it she denied that she misadvised us despite it being caught on video! Naturally, we escalated it to the broker who had no interest in professional resolution and rather asked us to work it out with his agent, knowing that his agent was the one at fault from the video evidence presented. Of course, there was no resolution and after again approaching the broker, he refused to pay for the costly mistake of his agent and we ended up having to foot the bill which was completely wrong and unexpected but due to agent error. This could have all been resolved had the brokerage or agent adequately compensated us for the misleading information which was used to drive the sale. DO NOT TRUST THIS BROKERAGE WITH YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY THEY HAVE NO INTEREST IN BASIC CUSTOMER SERVICE AND ARE UNPROFESSIONAL BEYOND BELIEF.

I found support and training to be far superior and met many of the best agents in the business. Our clients get the very best representatives and selling or buying support available. The company not only supports us but provides the most knowledgeable management in the business. And, they are available on call whenever they are needed. Sometimes we may need to call at 9:00pm and our managing broker is nearly always at our disposal! And, we get to keep nearly ALL of our money! I’m retiring at the end of the year but my wife, Kim Cooke will contingent serving as the “Agent With Heart” for many years to come, with the best brokerage in the US, Charles Rutenberg Realty, Inc, Clearwater, Florida!
