Fantastic experience: I cannot speak highly enough of Rachel and Kelly at Berkshire Hathaway. My husband and I bought our first home this month and were quite unfamiliar with the process. We also had some difficulties caused by our seller’s agency poorly communicating. Kelly & Rachel did a fantastic job of reassuring and informing us throughout the process. They were patient and met our many questions with practical explanations and no judgement. They also kept pressure on the seller when needed to ensure that we got what we needed and continued moving through the process. Both women are extremely credible and trustworthy and know this industry very well. They will make sure they find what you are looking for and will do everything they can to solve any problems that arise along the way. They were also both great at plant identification and shared many insights about different materials and common problems at the homes we visited. They were able to refer us to a mortgage officer and an insurance agent, both of which worked out very well for us and were kind and helpful as well. Fantastic experience: We received exceptiional service from Serina Konomos. We had our eye on a house for years and when it became available we made known our interest. Serina was actually the seller's agent, and we did not have an agent. We toured the place before they put it on the market and made an offer. When it was accepted we decided to let Serina be our agent as well. It was a great decision. She jumped in to head off any glitches in the buying process. Serina's MO is to focus like a laser on the closing process. Before we could even ask, she put in motion fixing everything that affected the 4-point inspection so insurance would not be a problem and the closing could be smooth. It was. Fantastic experience: Lryna and Luda were great to work with. Very pleasant and knowledgeable. I wasn’t aware that I signed to pay 1% commission,. I thought I was saving time and money by using the seller’s agent and signing permission to use the same agent. If I would be paying a commission on top of it I would have negotiated for .5%, which is fare using the seller’s agent in my opinion. The service was great and I would recommend them both to a friend.

Negative experience: I moved to Clearwater 2 1/2 years ago and have lived in the same property since I moved here. The owner of the property lives out of state and I have had a couple different property managers over this time period. I have had nothing but misery with this property. I have consistently been served papers because the owner wasn’t paying his HOA fees and being threatened that my daughter and I would be kicked out of our home (I’m a single mother). This was a consistent issue until just this past summer. Then came the mold issue. The first time I reported it someone came out and said it wasn’t mold and painted over it in my office where I work from home daily. I then watched it grow back. I reported it again and it took several months to get this issue resolved and funny that it turned out to be mold from a leak in the roof and shortly after the entire neighborhood received new roofs. During this time period my daughter and I have both been sick with migraines and other mold related side effects. After that issue came the microwave that broke which took over 4 months to get replaced. Now I’ve been dealing with more mold. Oh and I forgot to mention last time the mold was not only in my office but in my master bathroom as well where the ceiling and wall had to be replaced. This time the mold is now back in my laundry room, master bathroom, my daughters bathroom, and the upstairs hallway. It has now been at least 3 months this time and nothing has been done other than someone coming out to look and now I’m being told that it’s because the AC is set on 70 degrees and that I should spray some cleaning supplies on it. I have been hospitalized over the past couple of months due to severe migraines and my daughter has also been sick. I am a cancer survivor with an already weakened immune system and feel that nobody is listening nor do they care. Their remedy is to point the finger at me for running my AC in Florida. Not to investigate the attic where the leak may have caused issues… oh and I forgot to mention there is always water in my dryer. I’ve had that issue dealt with as well and have been told it’s a back up of lent issue. The lent is always wet when I take it out which I’m no expert but doesn’t seem normal to me at all. I am very frustrated at this point and feel I have nowhere to turn. I pray that no one else experiences what my daughter and I have gone through. We came to FL for a fresh new start and a better life and have been faced with issue after issue in the place we are supposed to feel the most comfortable and relaxed.

Fantastic experience: Working with Serina was fantastic. Serina was a regular communicator. However, even during a stressful deal that was not on track she was always a calm voice of reason. I am an agent in New York. I have worked with agents for 25 years. Lots of agents, Lots of houses, lots of deals. we did NOT do a deal together. However, we each had an individual in a deal in our respective states. Serina helped me with my deal which helped my client. I appreciate this and although I may not have the chance to work with her again, if you are reading this and are considering taking this option, stop your search and hire her. Six stars professional, all day long.

Fantastic experience: Lori Pickens was amazing. She sold our house to us back in November of 2008 when we moved from MN to Florida. She was efficient, listened well to our needs and followed through on everything, very detail oriented, so when it came time to sell our home 15 1/2 years later the only person we wanted was Lori. We were extremly happy to know she was still in the business of reality and she was just as amazing I remember. Not only did Lori have our home under contract within 16 days on market, she helped us hook up with a realtor in Nevada (where we were moving too) from the Bershire Hathaway Homeservices southern Nevada area who was amazing as well, she helped us get in touch with several moving services. Unfortunately we did not use any of the moving services, they were really expensive and not very responsive compared to PODs, but this is not a reflection on Lori, just the moving services in general.

Fantastic experience: Lori Pickens is a true professional expert and operates as she would with a family member. Our experience with her was positive on every aspect. She was even thoughtful enough to suggest that a local friend of the eventual buyer visit the home; this visit positively impacted the purchase decision for the buyer. We would definitely recommend all of our friends, family, and acquaintances utilize Lori on their next home sale / purchase. We also suggest BHHS utilize Lori as a mentor for all newer agents. David Malaxos helped me and my family to purchase 3 properties in Tampa Bay’s hot market during the past 3 years, one of which we just bought recently as part of a 1031 exchange program. We love every single one of our homes because David always listened to our requests, likes and dislikes and he acted accordingly so many times to find and support our requirements from the beginning until the end... I am personally a picky client and very demanding, and there were times when I had to make multiple concurrent offers and deal with the stress of keeping a single one, just because houses sold in a matter of days. David managed these situations admirably well and guided me through the maze of tasks and things that I did not even know about. David has a gift to reduce clients’ stress and, by being very thorough and methodical, he covers many possible scenarios that could happen in all phases of a real estate deal. He has a long term market experience, he “reads” people pretty well, he has very good communication skills as well as technical knowledge to use digital tools in our favor. This year I was very constrained by time to find and an investment property and be in contract within a 45-days timeframe. David worked diligently for me ahead of time to set up online search engines with very precise criteria for those houses I was looking for. He pulled a lot of comparative market analysis reports for me (without me even asking) that gave me a realistic picture of home price trends and rental price trends. He set me up with online access to sign all necessary documents on the fly, I was doing it from my cell phone while working. When the fun started to visit the properties, David would pro-actively research the properties’ historical records, taxes, construction permits, HOA documents and regulations, as if he was reading my mind knowing that I will need them all. He did not waste any effort and time to get me everything I needed. Amazing! When I finally found the house I needed, David worked with my inspection company, the seller’s agent, my mortgage officer, the title company, and the HOA where I wanted to buy to get all the documents in order and meet the deadline. He supported me in negotiating the offer price and the price adjustments based on the final inspection report. A ton of work and a lot of time he spent on phone calls and text messages. After I purchased the house, David followed up with a very comprehensive “to do” list for me as a new homeowner to make sure I wasn’t forgetting anything. I never thought there would be so many things to take care of in that process. David Malaxos is an awesome real estate agent, honest, kind, respectful, on time, funny, communicating well and very caring. I hate buying and selling houses, and honestly have not had a good realtor experience. UNTIL NOW! My family had a lot of anxiety due to the relocation, our new jobs, selling our house, buying a new one in a State we were unfamiliar with, figuring out how to go about this in regards to our 3 children and 4 pets, etc. Melissa took one HUGE part of that off our shoulders, selling our house. I never worried about following her advice and she was open and honest the entire time of what to expect. She accomplished exactly what she told us she would. She was always quick to respond or reach out when something on our end needed to be taken care of, She made selling our house worry free. And our house was FAR from "turn key". Negative experience: If the survey company is Target surveying out of West Palm Beach be careful because they are so incompetent but they just want to get the house sold the survey company made a mistake on my neighbor's property and put the property line two foot on my late front property.. when I sue the survey company I might also include this one

Negative experience: We cannot recommend this business, because of our experience with Tom Gaspari. Zero communication, elusive, unprofessional, lack of customer service skills i.e plans arranged, and then, nothing... for weeks. Seriously! Very frustrating to deal with.

Negative experience: My initial experience with this company was very good, they got a tenant in within a week of my signing up . They were referred to me by a friend so i expected good results . With all the add-ons ,mandatory cleaning ,attorney fees , real estate fees etc.etc.etc. , their original out of pocket to me was more like two months rent ,not one , but that was fine . After we got the tenant in there, the agent was a little more difficult to contact , agin, no big deal . I found out the second year the tenant was in there, THEY KEEP ALL THE LATE FEES!! Its in the contract , so my bad for not realizing this , should have read the fine print . The issue i have is the tenant would tell him but the agent would never tell me when he was late,when he would pay or anything like that . NO COMMUNICATION .It came to my attention the tenant had installed an antennae directly on the roof ,bolting it through the shingles . I sent him a picture of it . He said no problem, we would pay a roofer to fix it when he left and take it out of his security deposit .Upon moving out , we found the AC not working .(in august, in florida??) Someone had turned off the breaker . I asked the agent to check the ac filter , he said he could not get the cover off . My new agent had no difficulty getting the cover off , the old tenant had no installed a filter and was running the ac with no filter . I had to have the unit serviced and all the old agent would cover was the cost of a new filter , i had to eat the service call , He also failed to catch the fact that he had destroyed the very expensive shades in the back room . The tenant also denied installing the antennae on the roof , which i had sent pictures of . I paid my neighbor 50 bucks to find and send the picture of the antennae . The tenant also stole the direct tv antennae that was on the house . For being so expensive, these guys suck!!

Negative experience: My only experience is with a phone system that says they open 8:30, but have called all day and not one person can you reach about selling your home. Boy how times must of changed. I remember when real estate agents use to fight for your listing, that was just money in the bank. But I guess that's no longer true.

Negative experience: If i could give 0 stars i would. Very unprofessional my family almost ended up on the street because i paid for an application and after my money was taken i couldnt get ahold of anyone. I was told twice i would be called back. I called 7 different number just trying to see if i was approved. I went to two diffrent location trying to track down the real estate Agent. After finally talking with him he basically fed us lies and told us he would call that night or the next day for sure and that was over a month ago. Worst agency ever im surprised the have so many locations. Nothing but a rip off.

Negative experience: Turned in an application fee for a rental property over a week ago and my text messages and phone calls have been ignored since then. No kind of communication what so ever from Tom Gaspari since I handed them my $50. Very unprofessional in my opinion.

Negative experience: I had worst experience with Cherie Kelly.After the application fee been over charged.They said gonna give it back to me.Since rightnow，it's been almost a month.I haven't see it.And after that i send message to ask her，no response.And the key she give to me for the apartment and the mail box.Both no work（after try few times）.And i call the rentals number， her cell phone，and the office number.No response at all.Even i leave the voice massage.What a wonderful job she did.
