Fantastic experience: Awesome home buying experience! Great realtor and team. Our offer on the perfect home for us wasn’t originally accepted. Anna called the listing agent every day to see if the current contract was still moving forward and a few weeks later we get a call from Anna saying her persistence and our patience has paid off and that the home we wanted was going to be ours! Not many agents with that amount of tenacity in my experience. I would definitely go with Anna Brumbaugh and her team again!

Positive experience: Anna pushed forward everyday with new properties to look at... We didn't actually get to meet as i am not in Florida yet, but she helped by posting properties so we could get a handle on what we had to work with. She showed us homes, cultivated a relationship with the seller agent and guided us through the whole process. We had 45 days to buy a house and Anna made that goal come true! I was ready to sell this property in Lutz, and it just so happened that the Yellow Pages arrived in the mail May 1. Fantastic experience: I spent three days touring Saint Pete, Clearwater, safety Harbor, Dunedin and more. Every day Anna was prepared with a clipboard full of houses. When I finally found a house which was tough to do in this area, Anna went and FaceTime me through the whole house. I bought the house sight unseen because I knew I could trust her opinion. She was there on inspection day. She was there on move-in day and even helped move things in. We were having problems with the seller and she even offered to helped them move. Fantastic experience: When I knew I was going to be able to afford to purchase my own home, I called Anna. She advised me to consider a budget, location and a list of “musts”. So I sat down and compiled a wish list. My list sounded unachievable but it was a 2 bedroom/2 bath split plan, sidewalks, a community feel, a pool, close to the beach, an end unit villa with a view and had to have a washer and dryer. Anna asked questions about what and why each item was important, off we went. Believe me when I say, she took me to places that met most of my musts. By the days end, she found me my home (minus the washer and dryer). She advised me of all the fine details of the closing, no stupid question went unanswered. She then lined me up with an electrician and plumber to achieve the installation of the washer and dryer. The closing went smoothly, she and her support crew took care of that. I now live in my own home, thanks to Anna.
