Negative experience: I worked with Jason a year back. Now that I'm out of Newport Rentals I think I can leave him an honest feedback. I found Jason to be very selfish - he only responds to you until you sign the application. After that he is going to ghost you. I had to track him down through multiple channels with a lot of difficulty. It caused us a lot of uncertainty and stress. I have a lot of positive things to say about Newport Rentals management but I cannot recommend working with Jason at all.
