Negative experience: waw these guys unprofessional ,I called the office to ask to get a copy of my Tenant background check that they run for me few month ago and the Mike was so rude and told me why you don't send me email and he hanged up the phone , I called back asking the reason he said you did the same when I called last time and he started aggressively fighting and defending his actions , I don't recommand you to deal with this office at all I am adding that they are lying in denying knowing me. this prety much prove how you guys are unprofessional

Fantastic experience: I instantly felt very comfortable working with Amanda! She's very friendly, knowledgable, and trustworthy! These days, there are endless agents, but it takes a seasoned agent to get the job done in a timely manner (I was moving from San Diego to North Hollywood, so I needed a lease where I feel confident to pursue at least 12 months). Mike and Martin provided a proper lease for me to settle in LA, since I'm still trying to establish myself, and moving my work to LA! Arin, the Landlord also showed up within 2 hours due to my minor concerns of the AC system, and he explained how central AC is a bit different than the Split systems! Arin also sent out his own Electrician to fix a few minor outlets, that validates how awesome they are as a dream team, and I'm glad that I'm the right fit! Back to Amanda, she's awesome, she's real, I was able to talk to her as a "friend" and I needed that connection for me to pursue with determination!

Fantastic experience: We lived at our La Crescenta/Glendale home for 26+ years. We raised two daughters, three cats, and one dog throughout these years. Also, we accumulated a lot of clutter during our travels and antiquing hobby. Upon retirement, we decided to move closer to our children and to our first expected grandchild in a different city and to downsize. In the beginning, the mere idea of putting our home on the market seemed like an impossible and a stressful task. During our first meeting with Mr. Martin who was recommended to us by another satisfied customer, he put our concerns to rest. He advised us to just take what we wanted to keep from the house and he will take care of the rest. As simple as that. And he did! In a short time, we packed what we wanted to keep. He sent a crew to help us carry our items to a moving truck, the crew cleaned our clutter truck after truck. Mr. Martin sent other crews to get the house painted, carpets changed and to complete some needed minor repairs. After that, he arranged to have the house deep cleaned. The costs for all these improvements were fair and were completed in a timely manner. Our home was on the market in rather a short time and was sold fairly quickly as well. Mr Martin is an excellent re agent, is very professional and friendly at the same time. We recommend his professional services to anyone who wants to conduct a swift, a fair and a professional real estate transaction. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: After few disappointing prior experiences with agents I decided to hire Mike Babakhanyan at martin and mike properties to sell my property in Sylmar. Mike had helped my mom buy and sell in the past and I remembered her referring me to mike so I had to try it out and it was the best decision for an agent I’ve had thus far. Mike is straight to the point while not pressuring, will give his opinion but ultimately leaves it up to you. Fantastic experience: I am writing this review to address 2 important topics: the one and only single 1 star review written 2 months ago from the time of this review and the amazing professionalism of Mike. I am the landlord for the tenant that was requesting the background check from Mike. Mike did not ever have access to the background check and was trying to refer my tenant to the proper source and my tenant wrote a ill-willed review of Mike. I have known and worked with Mike for years and he is the most responsive, most friendly, and most professional realtor. All the other 5 star reviews on here will say similar things. With all things real estate, Mike is the guy you want to work with.

Fantastic experience: When we decided that it was time for us to leave California and return to Florida, from where we had come 30 years before, we knew that selling our house in Glendale was probably not going to be easy. When it came time to hire a realtor, the first, and only one that came to mind was Martin & Mike. Or is it WERE Martin & Mike? It was hard to tell, as they were pretty much joined at the hip!! Seriously, though, these two guys had stayed in touch with us for a LONG time, despite the fact that, up until that time, we had no interest in selling. There was never any pressure. They simply sent us mailings and, periodically, they stopped by to say hello. I am serious about that. They NEVER made any kind of sales pitch. They never told us that we should consider selling, and they never touted how great they were. So hiring them was an easy decision. To this day, we are grateful that they continued to show interest in us over a period of years. When the house went on the market they arranged for the staging. They did EVERYTHING. Our role was to act like fixures, there was NOTHING that we had to do. The bottom line is that they brought us only one offer. But the offer was right in range of what we wanted and with that one offer came the sale. I tend to be interested and irritated when I see reviews saying that "Mr. & Mrs. Realtor are, without question, the best in the business." Really? How do you know that? Have you had a house sold by every realtor there is? Somehow, I doubt it. So I am not going to make a statement like that. But what I WILL say is that, having bought and sold about 6 houses since being married, Martin & Mike are the best WITH WHOM WE HAVE EVER WORKED. They did exactly what they promised they would do. The entire experience was without upset or care. They did ALL of the work and got us what we wanted. So, are they the best in the business? I have no way of knowing. But I cannot imagine anyone being any better, since there is nothing in their performance that could be improved. So YOU decide if they are the best. I can tell you this. As unlikely as it is that we will every return to California, if we did, these are the guys we would contact to find us a house. If you don't at least check with them you are maing a mistake. If you check with them, I cannot imagine that you would not go with them. If that makes them the best, then they are the best.
