Fantastic experience: This review is for Nancy Gonzalez at Landon Realty. Nancy is fantastic. We were considering renting out our home plus ADU, and while that plan is on pause for now, our meeting with her left a great impression. She came in well-researched and prepared, with a warm, professional demeanor that made the whole conversation easy to have.

Negative experience: My doorbell camera captured 2 agents asking each other if it’s okay to ring the doorbell even though there are multiple no solicitation signs and proceed to ring my doorbell. Very unprofessional.

Negative experience: Don't spam my text messages with evites with out of market properties. I have no idea who you are and it's one thing to spam my email and another to spam my texts. Not cool.

Fantastic experience: Well, I'd never have thought I'd be making any positive review of anyone in the realtor industry, ever, and Jen instantly and single handedly changed my perspective dramatically from the moment I met her at an Open House that she was showing! Jen is super smart across every aspect of her industry and she is humble, down to earth, and was truly patient with my incessant drilling of questions at her! Not only that, she volunteered details on several financials aspects that I was completely unaware of! All of this advice was given with no hint of needing a signed contract or anything. She was simply helping me out as a kind sole in the industry. To put it succinctly, in my mind, Jen justified her selling realtor commission before I'd even engaged her services! I could tell that I would be in great hands as long as I followed her professional advice. I did often question things and make my point, but Jen calmly listened and eloquently put me at ease at every turn. If you're unaware, it's worth noting that Jen is not just a Realtor employed by one of the big agencies, she runs her own agency that is multifaceted and she excels at every part of it! It would also be remiss of me to not mention her entire team who she has empowered beautifully! A special mention goes to Heather, who instantly picked up on all the techy aspects of my home and expertly re-articulated those features at every showing. Not only that, she had no hesitation in getting her hands dirty with me in rectifying a situation that cropped up during the sale process. Selling your home is definitely one of the most stressful things you will do in your life for many reasons, but rest assured that Jen and her team will literally turn it into as pleasurable an experience as it can be if you fully entrust her expertise!

Fantastic experience: Our initial contact with Landon Realty Group was via the mail. We received a packet in the mail that had a brochure about the Probate process and also had a notepad enclosed. I googled searched the company and it looked very reputable. So, I decided to call. The scary or uneasy part of this was we live in Northern California but the property we needed to sell is in Southern California. So we needed to secure a real estate firm in that area that we really didn’t know anything about. Back to the call. I dialed the number and a woman answered the phone. It turned out it was Jennifer Landon. I was really taken back that she answered the phone. She was so warm and caring right from the start.
