Negative experience: Agent, Ferouze Feddal, canceled appointment 30 minutes prior to showing. Rescheduled and she failed to appear. I would not use this agent or real estate company
Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Artin & his team. We are impressed with his attention to detail and feedback he gave throughout the process and the commitment to his client. He went above and beyond for us and we can't thank him enough.
Negative experience: Terrible. The only thing they know how to do is ask for rent and increase your rent. Never will they come to check if the properties are taken care of.

Negative experience: I regret that I didn’t read the reviews before I started working with them. I was thrilled at first. They always greeted me, joked around, and I thought they were good guys. But that was just the facade. After they sign the contract, it turns into a nightmare. It’s constant stress and thoughts that I might end up without my home, and so on. It was really hard for me.
Negative experience: Beware of this company. They’ll smile at you until they get your money. After that, forget about them—you won’t get anything.

Within 3 months Eduard was able to find the perfect home in the perfect area and lock the deal. Fantastic experience: The Art in Real Estate helped me get a rental property, and now manages this property. I found that working with them was seamless, including the property management component. There are few management companies that can create such an experience for the landlord--at an affordable cost. They also automate the entire process for me, so I don't need to worry about paperwork. I don't see myself ever using anyone else.

Fantastic experience: My husband and I are very fortunate to have Mounika help us in finding our first home so easily and efficiently. We started the house hunting process when I was a couple months pregnant and wanted to find a place before the baby arrived and Mounika helped us do just that! She was very helpful in showing us homes that would be right for us and not wasting our time. When it came to placing offers, she was able to beat all other offers! She’s a TRUE hustler and really works hard for all over her clients. We are very impressed and happy in choosing Mounika as our realtor and will continue to do business with her in the near future!

Negative experience: Go and get familiar with the law first then start a business. If there’s already one applicant for the unit you cant request other people to apply for same unit and run multiple credits . If someone apply for the unit you need to keep it under contract and then once application get rejected then you can request others to apply for the same unit. Such an unprofessional agency shame on you.
The rental laws are very clear. We can have multiple applications on properties and send it all to the owner until one is approved and signed. I don't see any law which states a company cannot take multiple applications. Would you kindly send me the law in which you are referring to.
