Negative experience: AVOID AT ALL COST! Working with Joe Jr and Sr was one of the most frustrating and disappointing experiences I've ever had in my life. Maintenance requests were routinely ignored for weeks — sometimes never addressed at all. When it came time to move out, they tried to withhold part of our deposit for “cleaning fees,” despite us leaving the place cleaner than we found it. Total scam. This landlord is the definition of slumlord behavior — negligent, unresponsive, and only interested in collecting rent while doing the absolute bare minimum (if that). Rent elsewhere if you value your sanity and safety.

Joe Diaz the owner was extremely diligent with helping us purchase our vintage home in the upper Bluff cathedral area! From start to finish, our experience was exceptional!. Joe is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind. He answered all of our questions, and we had a lot of them! He truly was working hard for us pretty much on a daily basis until we closed.We No, immediately that we were in great hands.
