Negative experience: I’ve been waiting for someone to at least call me back and tell me if my application has been denied or approved since April 5th, 2026. It’s the 22nd. I’ve called and left several voicemails and text messages that have all gone unanswered. I paid an $50 application fee to be ignored. I really looked forward to working with them I loved the property, this is my first time ever experiencing something like this. I truly understand being busy but I’ve called and texted and received absolutely no response. That’s ignoring, it takes less than 2 mins to update someone on their application or just respond to a text. When I call to complain no one ever answers the phones it’s really unprofessional. They have beautiful properties and it saddens me to get this treatment. Edit...I read the reviews after I posted mine and I waited to see what your response would be. My credit was never ran. There were 17 whole days of continuously reaching out and being IGNORED. You all are UNPROFESSIONAL and it shows even if my credit was the reason to be denied there is no way I should have to be ignored for 17 days write a honest review and instead of you being professional and humble business person and responding respectfully and apologizing for the very UNPLEASANT and UNPROFESSIONAL experience you write something like "you were denied because your credit" under a review instead of contacting me personally. I can see why you have the reviews you have. The point of the review was to speak to my experience with the company when all I did was apply. Your response further proves all of our points. You are tacky and very unprofessional. It’s sad instead of fixing the communication issues within your unprofessional company you would stoop so low as to post people’s personal business under reviews. Furthermore, I think you may want to check Illinois state privacy laws before you and your office receive notice from my attorney. It is completely unacceptable, unprofessional and illegal to post my personal information online under a review. Now, You have the day you deserve!

Fantastic experience: We went and seen a property, and within the next week we were signing a lease. Everything was so smooth and with the help of Aaron it all went great. Aaron was great! He is very responsive, knowledgeable, and made the whole process a breeze.

Fantastic experience: Been with future vision for 5 years now and I haven’t had any bad complaints. Pay rent through online portal, maintenance through online portal everything runs smooth with this company.

Negative experience: I arrived at 4:04 PM for a confirmed appointment and sat outside the property waiting. I called multiple times, sent a photo proving I was there, and left work early to accommodate this showing. No one showed up. No one responded. That is completely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.I would give a negative star rating if that were possible. To make it worse, after I had already gone home, I received a text asking me to fill out an application. Why would I ever fill out an application for a townhouse I was never shown and have never seen? This was a total waste of my time and shows a serious lack of professionalism and respect.

Fantastic experience: Future Vision Property Management has been the best rental company that I have ever used. Future Vision Property Management has exceeded my expectations. They are always there when you need them. Future Vision Property Management takes care of their property. One last thing, their property are very clean, I personally with stay with Future Vision property

Negative experience: I toured one of their properties and was very excited to move forward. Their agent, Matt, promised to get in touch with the property owners regarding our pets to confirm approval after assuring us it would likely be fine. Then? Total silence. He ignored my agent's attempts to reach out via phone and email. Later, I reached out to the company personally, was directed back to Matt, and again he initially responded and then completely ghosted me despite two follow-ups. Incredibly unprofessional and unfortunate for the owners of the property which has sat vacant for over a month. We have great credit and high income, and would have understood a "no" but they weren't even courteous enough to provide that.

Fantastic experience: This 5 stars is for the teams I dealt with. Today Brian came in and fixed my sink. His communication is something that truly sticks out. From scheduling to explaining what the issue was as he's fixing it, I have never been left wondering what is happening

I applied and filled out all the forms and paid the fee but no one got back to me in weeks and I KEPT getting emails about showings for MY HAPPY place-I was so depressed- I dreamt I would be living here and Finally, after I kept emailing to see if i got it and I did!! Aaron was SUPER helpful getting me in here- He's a GREAT guy!! I love the location and everything about my new place- after renting a room in someone's house and having a lot of roommate's noise this is the perfect place for me!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!!

Never had an issue and I’ve been with them quite a few years - also, Janet is one of my favorites. And speaking of some favorites, I adore Brian who has helped me with different issues. Brian always shows up on time for one thing. That’s important. Also, Brian gets the job done in a timely fashion, that’s for sure. He is very pleasant and concerning. I am going to have to say that FVPM always gets me the best person to fix whatever I have that is not working. I’ve never had an issue with anyone FVPM have recommended. Fantastic experience: Current tenant needed work on my sink and Brian, the maintenance technician, always does great work. He is highly detailed, calls promptly to set up a convenient time, and thoroughly explains everything. He recently fixed my kitchen sink, tightened everything, and ensured it was working perfectly. His work is always top-notch, and I highly recommend him. I've never had any issues with his service—he's always helpful and reliable!

Fantastic experience: I had an issue with my kitchen faucet and submitted a maintenance request to Futurevision. Brian responded the next day and was very professional, working around my schedule. Negative experience: I've applied to their property and never heard anything back. They send emails about showing but the property manager doesn't show on time. It's hard to get in contact with anyone . They never pick up the phones. They took my app fee and never even ran my credit. It's been two weeks still never heard from anyone. I applied by myself a month later and I made well over 3 times the rent. The second application was never reviewed. .

Negative experience: We were renters through this company and it was a horrible experience. They never followed up on maintenance requests, we had to do that ourselves every single time. In the 2 years that we lived there the dryer never worked and the refused to fix it. When we moved in there was mold under the kitchen sink that we had to take care of ourselves. We recently moved out and they are trying to nickel and dime us for "damage" that was clearly there when we moved in. I submitted photos as proof of this and they said "well the photos are too zoomed in so we can't tell where in the house this is"...absolutely ridiculous and difficult to work with. *in response to the owner- this is no longer my legal name however I have chosen to keep that private for my own privacy and protection

Positive experience: I’ve been a tenant with Future Vision for almost 1 month. They are always quick to respond to my maintenance needs. They have been very accommodating. The renting process was easy. The matience team seems to always be available when I need help or information with anything.

Negative experience: I live in a property managed by this company. Been 40 days living with an actively leaking/dripping bathroom ceiling from a leak upstairs. Building managers are almost impossible to get in touch with. Any kind of issue is resolved slowly. Took over a year to fix and repair a collapsing balcony. I have currently been waiting 40 days for the to fix my leaking, collapsing, and molding ceiling. Any number or email sent to the company has either been ignored or never leads to talking to an actual person. All attempts to reach my building manager are ignored.

Negative experience: This place Is A Scam to say the least very unprofessional. I paid an application fee $110 total $55 per person application fee. First was told the owner took the property off the market, Then Was Told They Went with another application. Moral of the story save your money. They Take Money In Application Fee And Don’t Really Rent out the property That’s The Scam.

Negative experience: Had email correspondence with someone that was surprisingly rude and extremely unprofessional. The stuck up attitude does not match the mediocre quality of their properties. I feel bad for anyone that has to deal with this after signing a lease. Dodged a bullet today.

I have been in real estate investing for over 25 years, land-lording, rehabbing, flipping, and have plenty of experience dealing with every level of service providers. Matt, and Janet are who I interface with, and I can tell you they are professional, highly responsive, and deal with matters effectively and in a timely fashion. I can rest easy knowing they are watching over my single family home, and taking care of things, just as thought it’s their own. That’s not easy to find in this industry. Fantastic experience: Brian was very helpful! We put in a work order and he quickly resolved it! He made sure to call to see what days and times worked best for us. He was very polite and efficient.

Positive experience: I have been renting from them for about 3 1/2 years. They took over after a few months of me already living in the unit. I will say overall that I've had good experiences with maintenance so far. There are some updating that needs to happen in the unit the building is old. Brian is awesome. John has been there for awhile but typically is always a call away. Anything emergent is always taking care of including my "raccon" issue.

Fantastic experience: I rented from FutureVision when I lived in Illinois. They were great. Always a quick response to my work orders and sent clean cut professional guys. They were fair and timely with my security deposit return. Would rent from them again.

Negative experience: do NOT rent from future vision- all they do is take your money, and repair nothing. they are slumlords. after living there for 3 years, with not one late payment, they still found excuses to not return our deposit. i can tell you that the heat and water would be off, randomly, often without notice. communication don't reach their interested parties, and nobody cares if you have electricity or not. save you and your family the heartache, stay at a motel- you'll at least have laundry service!

Negative experience: My brother and I both contacted them about the same property at the same time. Only I received a response. Being busy is one thing but at this point we were being ignored. Problem #1. We got to the property in Joliet and once the viewing was over, the guy let us know how important it was to fill out the application ASAP. So my brother paid the $35, only to receive and email a few hours later that the place had been rented out. Problem #2. This was very unprofessional and I feel as though they could’ve been honest with us and told us other had already applied and they may have a possible tenet. This was a complete turnoff but could be a blessing in disguise. 1/5, I do not recommend.

Negative experience: Worst place to rent. Do the research and ask the other tenants how the landlord really is. It may be slightly cheaper but think about your families health and safety. They will make up things or " forget texts or conversations with them" so they can keep your deposit or overcharge you and make up charges.

Fantastic experience: Tim is the BEST property manager. I’ve had others and they don’t compare. He treats the property as if it was his own. He always gets my house rented in a matter of days. If there are issues with the tenant, he goes to the house. Whenever I email he always responds in a timely manner. He takes my calls and walks through options with me. He sets the bar. His prices are fair. The customer service he provides exceeds anything I’ve ever experienced.

Fantastic experience: Futurevision Property Management was a great comfort to my family as we sold an estate property from afar. I knew that I was in good hands when I found Tim, the property manager, completing a quick faucet repair before a showing! Futurevision really made the sale a seamless one: providing good advice, practical solutions, and quick responses to all questions. At a time when grief can easily overwhelm one's judgment, I felt, a protected.

Fantastic experience: I have been contracting with Future Vision Property Management to manage my multi-unit rental property since March 2019. My experience with them has been a positive one, in that they are responsive, cost conscious, do quality work, communicate well, and their management fees are very reasonable. There have been at least two emergency situations that required immediate attention, and FVPM was on top of them. The issues were quickly resolved without me having to visit the property or even get involved other than approving costs to fix the issues. As someone who sets the bar high, I have occasionally dropped in unannounced to the property. During each visit, I have found the property and landscaping to be clean and tidy, and conversations with tenants and neighbors have been very positive. I highly recommend their services, and plan to continue our partnership as my portfolio grows.
