Fantastic experience: Nick is the best! We weren’t even a real estate client and he saved us $20,000. We were having problems with our sewer line and had a company come and give us an estimate on repairs they said were necessary. I approved part of the repairs that I thought were urgent to get sewer service back and then I called Nick to ask if he had a plumbing company he really trusted. He referred us to All Sewer Services. Meanwhile the first company started repairs but left them incomplete for a variety of reasons. We were without server service for 2 days. I called All Sewer and they came out the same day and finished the repair. (They were 1/2 as much as the other bid for that portion of the job) They also cleaned and rescoped our pipes and the $22,000 repair the other company suggested was totally unneeded. - our pipes were ok! Nick has creat contacts and resources, and his knowledge saved us from an unnecessary repair!

Fantastic experience: In just 26 days.... 1) We found our dream home in the mountains just outside Buena Vista and went under contract. 2) Listed and staged our home in Green Mountain (Lakewood, CO) to put on the market. 3) Sold our old home with a 2-week close over asking and closed on the purchase of our new home. This could not have been done with anyone else! There were so many moving parts and the velocity of it all had my head spinning...but Nick's experience helped keep us on track and moving forward. During the sale, I was panicking over inspection objections that the buyers had. But with Nick's strong construction knowledge and experience we were able to tackle the objections and keep the deal moving forward. He also has strong relationships with contractors should any work need to be done (saving you from having to google who to use!) This is the second time we have worked with Nick.
