Fantastic experience: Pam was the perfect agent for me to purchase a condo for my son. She listen to what my needs were and what I was specifically looking for. But that is not all. During the purchasing process the condo had issues that need to be paid for from the seller. Pam went above and beyond to make time for me to get contractors, plumbers, electricians to the condo to assess the condition of the condo and what needed to be fixed before anyone moved in. In addition she worked with the seller and the escrow company to make sure all issues in the condo that needed to be fixed (water leaks in ceiling) were paid for by the seller. She also made sure that all legal documents had the correct information and that the process to close on the condo was on time. Finally after the condo closed, I needed my contractors to start working on the condo and Pam again help set up a lock box for my workers and check on the condo from time to time. She went above and beyond to not only help me buy this condo but making sure I was able to do all the upgrades needed for the condo. She is a very hard working and smart realtor agent. Through graphics, she provided options to convert the room into an office or gym!
