Fantastic experience: Ann represented us both in the sale of our home and purchase of our new home. Coordinating the timing of the our sale and purchase was a real challenge and Ann structured an agreement that worked seemlessly! While we received many offers on our home, the “best” offer fell through and Ann saved the day brokering an equally good (GREAT) offer which was a HUGE relief! She is super responsive to communications and worked directly with us from start to finish. No delegating to others. She genuinely cares and works hard for her clients.

Fantastic experience: You will not find a more knowledgeable, friendly, compassionate realtor than Ann. We have known her for years so it was an easy choice to hire her to sell my mother in laws house when she passed. This was a house in Havertown that had plenty of clutter and we knew we had lots of cleaning out to do to get to market. She had many simple suggestions for staging and ways to improve the appearance, which was just what we needed. The house sold immediately! As an aside are the many activities her company plans throughout the year, most recently a complimentary event to allow us to drop off unused electronics for recycling. Highly recommend her as a great realtor!
