Fantastic experience: Simply put, my experience with Maher showed me how he handles his business sincerely, was always responsive, and he represented our best interests. My wife and I hired Maher to help us find our 2nd home, as we were moving out of one house into a larger house. We knew what criteria we wanted in a home and what we didn’t- Maher not only customized his searches to our liking, he also brought to our attention some things we should be mindful of, such as “proximity of front yard to a busy street is something to be aware of when raising young children in a house”. My favorite memory of our business together was how Maher pursued negotiations. He didn’t rest on a price which he knew we would accept, he instead (with our permission) negotiated a better term with the other party. Maher also did this with integrity to the seller and was courteous with the selling agent. That’s huge! Think about how many agents out there view the other party as an adversary, and that stresses the whole transaction. Not so the case with Maher. At settlement time we had a friendly interaction with everyone there, and my wife and I bought our house with confidence.
