Fantastic experience: We chose Tom as our real estate agent in 2017 because he lived across the street from us. Prior to selling in 2017 we had one experience, buying our first house. It wasn't a very good experience. Our agent was not very helpful and did not have our best interest in mind. Our experience with Tom exceeded our expectations. He was very patient with us, as we were first time home sellers. He gave great advice on preparing our home to sell and negotiated a great price with the buyers. On our buying end he provided a lot of very helpful advice as we searched for our new home, and once we found it, helped negotiate and great deal with the sellers. He made the whole process, which is naturally stressful, feel very comfortable and at no time did we feel pressured into making a decision we were not ready to make. Fantastic experience: Tom helped us sell our house in Berwyn and purchase a new one in Valley Forge. When we started looking we did not have an agent and I contacted him about a listing he had open. He immediately impressed me with his honesty. He did not try to hard sell me and we ended up not bothering to see that property because he could just tell it was not right for us. That led to us hiring him to be our agent. This honesty and his constantly looking out for us remained his trademark throughout the entire buy and sell process. Fantastic experience: Tom helped me sell a property in WC Borough which had been for sale with another realtor previously. This home had been converted to a home-office dental office in 1982 and remained as such for 30 years. The layout of the property posed challenges. He assisted me in re-conversion to a single family dwelling. Tom was straightforward in his assessment and realistic in projections.
