Fantastic experience: We once again had a very easy and comfortable work relationship with Colby and MaryBeth. They always are there whenever we have a question, they answer promptly and are willing to work with our schedule. It is a pleasure to see them. I trust their judgment and their ability to get our houses sold as often they have to work with the people we have known for a long time who have rented from us for years. They have our best interest at heart. We will always use them for our real estate needs.

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful team to work with! Very kind and professional. Highly recommend this team.

Fantastic experience: Kaui and her team were absolutely fantastic. Buying a house is no walk in the park, but having Kaui in our corner made the process a breeze. I could not recommend her enough. She went out of her way to walk us through every little detail, made sure we were comfortable digesting any piece of information, and was always on call for us. Truly made buying a home an enjoyable process instead of something stressful. I will recommend her and the KCMG team to everyone I can.

From planning, strategy, communication, covering every detail - you're in safe hands, and you'll feel a genuine personal touch throughout.

Fantastic experience: Working with Kaui was an absolute delight. In a world of ever increasing complexity, Kaui communicated clear steps as we moved through the house buying process. She was available for questions, and my partner and I are very grateful for her efforts. 10/10, A+, no notes.

Fantastic experience: Ka'u'i Garcia and her husband Colby were great in my recent home sale & purchase. Very punctual and responsive. No complaints, this team gets it done!

Fantastic experience: From the very first conversation, Ka’u’i Garcia and the KCMG Team made us feel truly cared for. Buying a home is never just a transaction — especially when you’re starting a new life in another country — and they understood that from day one. Coming from Brazil and having only 10 months in the U.S., this process could have felt intimidating. Instead, it felt safe, supported, and guided with so much patience, clarity, and attention to every detail. At each step, they helped us feel confident in our decisions and reassured us that we were never alone in the process. Their professionalism is outstanding, but what truly sets them apart is the heart they bring to their work. They were essential in helping us turn a big dream into reality, and today we are living in our home with deep gratitude for everything we built together along the way. We will always be thankful for Ka’u’i and the KCMG Team, and we recommend them wholeheartedly to anyone looking for people who genuinely care — not just about the deal, but about the people and dreams behind it.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend working with Kaui and Colby. They are simply unmatched when it comes to realtors who truly know the area and love the community. I have had the pleasure of working with them in various ways, and it has always been a joy. They are easy to talk to, knowledgeable, determined, responsive, and hard working. What sets them apart is that they don't just conduct business. They genuinely care about the people around them. They are the kind of good-hearted people that you want in your life for any reason.

Fantastic experience: I was ready to downsize but not quite ready to pull the trigger. I reached out to Kaui, whom I’ve known as a friend for many years, to get her expertise on what needed to be done to list the house I’ve lived in for 23 years ready to sell. We also discussed what I was looking for in a new home and possible timelines. We began looking at homes to gauge what was out there and before I was ready, we found the perfect house, in the perfect neighborhood and it was “go time”!!!! Kaui was more than amazing!!! From telling me exactly what was needed to list my house, making everything happen, providing all the resources, and perfectly pricing the home!!! The process of getting the house ready to list was NOT easy. There were improvements that were needed and some serious decluttering. Once a settlement date on the new house was decided, Kaui set a timeline for the listing, provided all the resources, followed up constantly, and set everything in motion. The listing date was fast approaching and when one of the contractors failed to deliver, Kaui provided another to complete the job!!! Her guidance, support, and project management kept everything moving forward seamlessly. After 3 days on the market and an offer deadline imposed, we had 8 offers, most of which were over asking. The accepted offer was well beyond my “wished” price and I couldn’t have been more thrilled!!!!! Kaui’s guidance, friendship and support throughout the process was more than I ever could imagine.

Fantastic experience: I had the pleasure of working with Kaui on a recent transaction, and she is genuinely one of the most professional and cooperative agents I’ve ever worked with. We were navigating a challenging situation with a seller who had lived in the home for over 40 years, had a large amount of belongings to clear, and was understandably overwhelmed by the process. Kaui and her buyer were incredibly understanding and patient. Not only did they stay calm and solution-focused, but Kaui also helped arrange someone to step in quickly and assist with the clean-out so we could stay on track. She never over-reacted, communicated clearly, and handled every step with professionalism and respect for everyone involved. Working with her was a reminder of what a true collaborative partnership in real estate should look like. I’d happily work with Kaui again.

Fantastic experience: As first time homebuyers, Colby was very helpful in guiding us to purchasing our home! Colby took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the process, and he has continued to be a valuable resource for any of our questions. We highly recommend Colby to any other first time homebuyers!

Fantastic experience: After 20 years of ownership I listed my house in Pottstown for sale. Working through the challenges of preparing a 100 plus year old house for market took some experience and patience and Kaui steered me through. The house sold for a fair price in 3 days. The process couldn’t have gone smoother. Good real estate experience. Thanks Kaui!

Fantastic experience: Kaui is a professional, knowledgeable, and responsive agent. It was a breath of fresh air working with such a friendly and efficient partner for a smooth transaction for buyer and seller. Looking forward to working with Kaui again!

Fantastic experience: I am SO happy with my experience with KCMG! As a first time homebuyer, Kaui took the extra time to meet with me and answer any/all questions (there were a lot!) before we started the home search. Once I was ready, we saw several listings that met my criteria, and Kaui always made it a point to share the positives AND negatives of each property from her professional experience. Once we found the right listing for me, Kaui went above and beyond and we were able to close the deal on a weekend just before I boarded a flight! The most amazing response time, availability, and efficiency! I am thrilled with my first home and have nothing but positives to say about Kaui and her team at KCMG. They streamlined the whole process and made my transition to homeownership as straightforward as possible. Thanks Kaui, Colby, MaryBeth and Team!!

Fantastic experience: My wife and I cannot recommend the KCMG team highly enough. They assisted us from the beginning to the end of our homebuying journey and were professional, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with throughout the entire process. Their experience and relationships in the community has continued to be a positive as they are connected to reputable lenders, contractors, and other entities that have assisted us throughout this transition. Thanks KCMG. p.s. The worst part about buying a house is that we no longer see you on the weekends (or get to pet Diego).

Fantastic experience: It was such a pleasure working with Kaui Garcia and her associates during my home-buying experience! It's great to feel like you're being given all the tools and information you need to make an educated decision, and that's how I felt working with Kaui. This was my first time buying a home and I had some very specific ideas about what I was looking for. What a delight it was to receive listings that so perfectly matched my style and budget after only one meeting with Kaui! It's clear she's well educated and experienced in this field and this market. Her responsiveness, attention to detail, and warm welcoming energy made this process feel like a breeze. I would recommend Kaui to anybody looking to buy or sell a home!

Fantastic experience: Ka’u’i was great every step of the way. I had never purchased a home before and for my wife, this was only our second time. Ka’u’i listened to us when we voiced our opinions during our home search, helped us set realistic expectations, and was always responsive when we had questions. As the market has shifted over the last few years, it has become increasingly tough to navigate but again, we had all the guidance we could have asked for and never any pressure. Selling our home was a breeze too as the team let us know exactly what to do and not do and what to expect. When we needed work done on both houses, we were quickly given the names of reputable contractors, painters, etc. I would easily recommend Ka’u’i and the KCMG team to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Kaui and team are THE REAL DEAL. She is spot on with every aspect of home buying. Experienced, flexible, trust worthy, honest, kind, looks out for your best interest. Firm in negotiations, knows the market in and out. VERY responsive, even in times when you would expect otherwise. She always was catering to us and the kids, knowing what mattered to us throughout the process. Kaui has a wide network of everything from insurance providers, painters, HVAC, plumbers, electrical, inspectors. You name it, Kaui has it. We worked with her through the madness of this insane market and she got us in our dream home. If you are looking for experience and a reputable agent in the area look no further!!!!

Fantastic experience: Could not ask for more knowledgeable folks to work with! Our process was seamless and incredibly efficient! Highly recommend the services of KCMG.

Fantastic experience: I have worked in the construction industry for 50 years. I have managed major developments and designed and built many, many custom homes. Along the way I have interacted with hundreds of realtors. By far, Kaui and Colby exhibit the best mix of personality and professionalism. I have been involved in numerous real estate negotiations and I can attest that knowledgeable agents such as Kaui and Colby, who can readily identify issues and then address them in a pleasant and diplomatic way, can maximize the financial outcome and minimize stress. Fantastic experience: Working with Colby and Kaui was, in one simple word, Fantastic! They are absolutely a fantastic team; very helpful, friendly, professional, efficient, guiding, and exceptional at listening! KCMG guided us through the entire process, beginning with what needed to be done to get our house ready for sale, suggesting and organizing the right contractors to get it in tip-top shape, and then putting it on the market with the right exposure and timing for a swift and effective sale. The couple who purchased our home contacted us a few months after and thanked us for selling them our beautiful, ready-to-move-in home, they love it! You certainly appreciate that feedback after all the work and time you put into getting it ready. We couldn't have done it without the help and guidance of KCMG. Ok, now on to the 2nd side of the process, finding and buying your dream-come-true, new home. This begins with that "exceptional at listening" part mentioned above. Have you worked with realtors that hover over your every step when looking through a home, pointing here and there and telling you how great this and that is, how great the neighborhood is, how you'll fit right in here? All the while not even having known you for more than 5 minutes! Not Colby! Following our first meeting with Colby, we knew he was the one we wanted to work with! Within minutes of our first meeting at a house newly on the market, we hardly heard Colby speak. Instead, we noticed that he followed behind quietly and observed us as we looked around each room we went through, making mental notes of what caught our attention, what we liked or maybe weren't really fond of, attentively listening to our comments and interests. In the end, Colby asked us what we thought, what we liked and disliked. He did not try to tell us what he loved or what we gotta love about that home! Very professional and showed us that "our" interests came first. In the end, when we found our dream house and knew it would not remain on the market for long at all, Kaui and Colby, while away on a mini-vacation, teamed and structured the perfect, successful offer to "Close the deal," and get us into our new home! We certainly cannot thank KCMG enough for all the hard work, support and direction they provided. We're pretty sure Kaui and Colby enjoyed their short time away that weekend, all the while not being able to completely escape and leave the work at the office on that Sunday, summer afternoon. But we could not be any happier and appreciative of them getting us our fabulous new home! Mahalo nui loa! Bonnie & Mike

Positive experience: Kaui was very straight forward with what she needed from us and what we would get from her and the company.

Fantastic experience: KCMG went above and beyond in helping us find our first home together. Friendly, smooth, professional. If we didn't move to WI we would use them again.

Fantastic experience: Our renting experience with Kaui was quite pleasant. She was super helpful and, more importantly, has a very good work ethic. It's totally recommended.

Fantastic experience: We have been with Kaui as our realtor for almost 10 years. She and her team provide the best full service. Great and timely communication and advice. She and the rest of KCMG team have extensive experience that we benefit from as clients. We will stay with Kaui for years to come.

Fantastic experience: Easily the best real estate agents I've ever worked with. Kaui and Colby are masterful! They listen, they care, they are a relationship first business - truly caring about their clients. I recommend KCMG with the highest rating.. they are fabulous!

Fantastic experience: Hello. Keller Williams helped me sell my house in a few months. That's the fastest I've ever seen. They also helped me get to a better place. They may not be as well-known as some other real estate firms, but they certainly are as capable. I highly recommend them.
