Fantastic experience: Elizabeth and Amanda were absolutely amazing! I had quite a lot of work on my hands and live 1600 miles from the house that needed to be sold. They came in and took care of everything in a weeks time that I thought would take several weeks. They were on top of everything and communicated with me every step of the way. We wanted the house listed by the first week of June and had officially closed 6/13. Fantastic experience: We met Elizabeth at an open house and immediately felt like she was the one to help us on our home search.  Her warmth is apparent right away and she is very knowledgeable about the entire house buying, selling, and closing process.  She's also a great negotiator, and patiently stuck with us through the ups and downs of house hunting (even when we decided to take a several month break while the high house prices settled down).  In the end, we were able to do a quick close on a place we loved, moving in just in time for Christmas! Fantastic experience: I have listed 2 rentals with Elizabeth. Wow!!!!! I cannot believe how thoroughly she vetted the people - the documentation she required, verifying employment, calling past landlords, credit checks, bank statements, etc. The last unit was rented within 2 days of the listing to a fabulous tenet. Then the lease agreement and all the additional attachments!!!! Makes everything legal and thorough. Prior to these last 2 times I have done my own rentals - never again - worth every penny!!! If she pays this much attention to detail with just a rental, can't imagine how she through she would be with a sale or purchase of a home. It was a great experience!!!!!
