Fantastic experience: 5 out of 5 stars. If the rating was from 0 out of 100 I would choose 100 being the best. Being a first time home buyer I was looking for the best of the best realtor. After going through 2 other realtors I was very skeptical and I was on the search for a trustful, persistent, hard working, knowledgeable, realtor and I found that in Lauren. I am VERY satisfied with my experience and I will CERTAINLY be using her for any future real estate purchases!

Fantastic experience: We have nothing but great things to say about The Collective Home Group. We worked with Haley, and she was so easy to work with. Quick to respond to texts, at all hours of the day even night, explained things so well, dealt with my husbands unfiltered thoughts, and even stayed at a listing for over 2 hours so my husband could really get a good look at the house. Overall not only do I recommend Haley, but all of the staff have been so accommodating, from letting me crash in their office while we had a showing, to showing us homes when Haley was unavailable.

Fantastic experience: Julia did a great job. She made my house look SO good and we had a great offer within just a few days. We hit a few bumps and Julia was ON it! We closed just 1 day late after a few maintenance issues that Julia helped me get fixed fast. I highly recommend The Collective and I will use them again!

Since we work during the day, we could only tour houses in the evenings and she was completely fine with that and made it work every time. She was extremely responsive even during off hour. She worked with our lender to put out fires then reporting those fires after they were already extinguished. I can’t say enough of her. Fantastic experience: Douglas Horton was our real estate agent and I can’t recommend him more. We found a lot of realtors were pushy and always telling us what we wanted and wouldn’t even bother showing us a house if THEY didn't think it was what we want . Douglas was happy to show us those houses . As first time homebuyers he showed us any house we had an interest in. Doug was excellent at figuring out the kind of houses we were looking for, the kind of loans we would need and giving all the information on the house we needed and then some. Once he got to know us better he knew exactly the kind of house we were looking for. When he opened the door for us to look at the house we ended up buying, he smiled and said “you are gonna love this house? He was absolutely right. If he did have any concerns he let us know. Also Doug would drop everything if we had house we wanted to look at and drive across the county to show it to us as soon as possible. His diligence on paperwork was amazing too., he’d have our offers ready so quickly. Doug was Always looking out for us as we purchased our home. He protected us by including inspections as a requirement before we signed. So if we didn’t like the way the inspection went we could back out with no hassle. His honesty is one of his best qualities and he’s extremely intelligent and trustworthy. I just can’t recommend him enough. Douglas knows what he’s doing.

Negative experience: My Husband and I just bought our very first home, Heather Lloyd was the listing agent. We thankfully had a an amazing relator through Integrity, however our experience with Heather Lloyd was everything but a joyful experience. She was very unprofessional, rude, condescending and was not truthful with any statement she made to our Realtor. If it was not for Jen Inman at Integrity we would have not bought the house. We were so unhappy with our experience with Heather that we did not even want to have the 'Listing Leaders' sign in our yard. It almost came to the point on multiple occasions that we were about ready to back out of buying our home. If you need someone who is honest, hard working and has only YOUR best interest in mind please go through Integrity and ask for Jen Inman. She was nothing less than amazing.
