Fantastic experience: We were put in touch with Adam from our realtor in Va as we looked to make the move to South Bend. Adam was fantastic from beginning to end. We started coming out in Jan to get a look at where we’d want to live. He put together a nice portfolio of houses so we could get a feel of different areas. We let him know we wouldn’t be looking to buy until May/June. After we saw him in Jan, Adam did a great job of staying in touch, seeing if our needs changed without being pushy like some realtors seem. In April we saw two houses we loved but couldn’t get out to SB. Adam made a point to get out to the houses asap and do video tours with us. It was most important as one of the houses just had come on market and I knew it would go quickly. Adam made us feel comfortable enough to put an offer on a house without seeing it in person. We closed 30 days later. Working with the remainder of his team was also seamless. We will be repeat customers.
