Negative experience: Jill Lebbin and Stephanie Weldy are the absolute worst. They were very unethical in handling a fraudulent seller disclosure. They pushed for me to spend money on an appraisal when our inspection called for a roof replacement. Run away. Neither can negotiate a way out of a wet paper bag. Their only interest is getting paid.

Fantastic experience: Kathy White has been our realtor and friend for many years. She has helped us purchase/sell 3 homes. Her knowledge and savvy are unsurpassed as a realtor. We simply cannot thank her enough for all that she has done for us. She is the Best of the Best!!

Fantastic experience: Valarie was able to find and help us buy our dream home in a very short timeframe! Always responsive day and night. A great advocate- she went to bat for us with the selling agent/seller on the inevitable little negotiations. Very helpful in sharing each step of the home buying process so we felt prepared. We didn’t have time to look into inspectors, surveyors, etc but she had recommendations for everything. We would definitely recommend her 100%!

Negative experience: I live next to a house that is managed by Berkshire. They are straight slum lords. I wish a family could've bought the house who would've cared for it and taken some pride in their home. The yard is over run by ivy and weeds. The garage has holes in the roof and rotted wood. I can only imagine how much the tenants over pay for such a poorly managed home. Since this property has been owned by Berkshire it has gone down hill.

Negative experience: Amy Warner is quite possibly the most unprofessional and unapologetic person I’ve ever had the misfortune of dealing with. To start, the rental we were moved into wasn’t ready on the date they said it would be. Upon moving in we noticed the furnace was still red tagged due to backdrafting and water was leaking in pretty much every room In the house. The well also didn’t pass inspection so they decided to rent the property out with a faulty well system anyway. While talking on the phone, Amy seemed very clueless and confrontational about most of the situations we had going on throughout our whole rental experience. She hangs up on you and has no control over her emotions. If you’re looking for scum lords who have no actual care for how your rental experience goes, I’d 100% recommend this office.

Negative experience: Erica balge was unprofessional always on her cellphone, couldn't answer half the question I had asked her. Pushed me into a house that I started having doubts about. I bought a house and was unaware it had active termites, bedbugs, bad plumbing I mean the bathroom plumbing didn't work, cracked foundation and so on so forth. I will never ever trust a realtor ever again all they want is that sale and they lie. I'm in the house now and have wanted to sell it since day 1. The house should have never passed an inspection .I will never ever use Berkshire. If you're a seller I'm sure they do great because they are great at selling lies but if u are a buyer always be cautious, anyone selling u a house can say whatever they want. I wish there were other ppl besides lawyers that walk thru a big purchase like this with you but free and truthful.

She immediately came over and did a walk through, told us what we needed to do, researched the area, came up with a game plan, and her and her husband even helped us finish up some last minute things in the home. The house had 2 offers within 3 days. She did what was best for my dad, not what was best or easiest for her. I have went with a very very reputable agent in the past but when his company got to big his associates dropped the ball. Not with Claudia, she said what she was going to do and she did exactly that! If you want good attentive service I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

She found a home inspector who obviously knew his stuff and gave us the most thorough inspection either of us have ever had. We completely trusted him. Abby also knows her stuff, and we had our home within two months of starting the search.

Negative experience: Scum lords

Negative experience: Attempted to work directly with a listing agent to purchase a home on Quince Road. The listing agent was extremely irriated and scolded me when I inquired about damage to the roof of the home that was not disclosed and recently repaired. The listing agent claimed I crossed a line. The same listing agent refused to put our offer in on the property until she was ready to do so. At the time we had an excellent rate and the listing agent refused. She told us we would have to wait a week. The seller did not have blackout dates. Then instead of having official responses, she allowed the seller to send us notes making the process confusing. The notes we would get contained incorrect information about us. For example: saying we did not have enough money for the property, even though we provided a pre-approval letter that indicated otherwise. Clearly this displayed that the listing agent did not communicate important information to the sellers whatsoever. Just one of the many highly irregular procedural issues we dealt with. A very troubling experience with what is suppose to be a reputable company. UPDATE 5-11-2019 In response to the request in the reply of my Google review, I contacted this business a couple of days ago and have received no response. UPDATE 5-16-2019 Still no response.
