Fantastic experience: Property Works made our Idaho getaway absolutely wonderful. From the moment we booked, the process was smooth and straightforward. The property was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The location was perfect for exploring everything the area has to offer. You can tell this company takes real pride in the quality of their rentals. We will definitely be booking with them again!

Fantastic experience: The staff are so kind, responsive and easy to work with. The house was very clean and well stocked with dishes, etc. we were very comfortable there. My only suggestion would be to have more seating in the main living room - with six people we had to bring dining room chairs into the living room to watch a movie. Otherwise everything was wonderful and location was perfect for easy access to the airport and BSU campus.

Fantastic experience: We stayed at Baxter #3, and what a wonderful experience! The apartment was immaculate, the beds super comfortable, the lighting in the bathroom incredible, the updated and fun 50's retro furnishings and decor, and the Peloton was just icing on the cake! The management company was top notch, very communicative. Overall, a very pleasant stay and we look forward to our next stay in April.

Fantastic experience: what a gem! as an interior designer, I was very excited to stay at stumpjumper tiny houses. Upon arriving, they did not disappoint. Pouring over every detail, these guys got everything right! we will definitely make the trek back to idaho city again!

Fantastic experience: The apartment is stand alone little house with all amenities required for a relaxing stay It's location in Boise is spectacular. Many mature trees are lining streets in this settled , old neighborhood. It is very close the Esther Simplot park which is located on the river. We enjoyed our stay

Fantastic experience: We had trouble getting into the place we initially booked but Alyssa came in at the exact moment we needed her and literally to saved the day and our weekend. She was able to get us into a place at the Baxter building. This place was absolutely awesome! It’s right down the street from downtown Boise with everything within walking distance or a short 3 minute drive! Next time we visit Idaho, we will definitely stay there again.

Fantastic experience: Loved the location and the privacy. My daughter loved the beach area in the back and everyone enjoyed the stay felt very comfortable like I was at home. The owners/ maintenance property manager were always in contact with us and making sure that we were taken care of.

The staff is incredibly attentive to every one of the properties and great at always communicating. I have had to travel for work for the last few years and they are one of the best companies I have worked with.

We had an unexpected bathroom remodel, due to water damage, and she helped make sure I had a safe, long term space for my family. We’re the first people to rent this property and they have been so helpful with making sure we have everything we need to be comfortable. The communication with the team is always open and Kate went above and beyond for my family and I in such a stressful time. I really can’t say enough good things about this company, specifically Kate. Thank you so so much for this amazing hospitality and beautiful home.

Negative experience: Travel nurses have to stick together. If you are a travel nurse do not use property works property management. We had a similar experience to Abby Taylor a year ago. Negative experience: I will just say run far away from this company because the owner is unbalanced and issues beyond help she was a horrible person to her employees and customers the positive reviews are other fake or they caught her on a rare good week. The woman is not well so be careful doing business with her.

Fantastic experience: Kate and her team bent over backwards to help us find a resource when our home flooded in 2022. They bailed us out when we needed a place for our family to feel "whole" again. Great communication, great pricing. Willingness to mold our environment to fit our needs on-the-fly.

Negative experience: Worst renting situation I've ever experienced as a travel nurse. HORRIBLE communication. Texted me at 10pm the day before move in that we were getting placed in a different apartment unit without a dishwasher for the same price. Internet was out for 4 days but Kate claimed "everyone else's was working so ours should too" and that she kept calling the company who said our internet should be working. We called ourselves and they just never paid our internet bill and they said no one had called. We bought our own microwave (because the $2500 apartment didn't have one), then 1 month into our stay decided to randomly buy one for us that had to fit into our 500 sq ft apartment and refused to hold it until we were out. Not good for travel nurses- we had to buy our own bath mat, broom, storage for clothes. Only answers texts when they want something from you. Had to threaten legal action to get my security deposit back. They lie, are disorganized, and over-priced. I'm living somewhere 3x as big and closer to the hospital for less than I paid for at their property. EDIT: No one ever contacted me like they said in their response to my review. I could barely get Kate to answer me when I was renting let alone after. They don't care about your happiness.

Fantastic experience: Place was very comfortable and clean. Beds so relaxing and warm. Location quiet and felt safe.Only issue was not able to park in garage if spaces outside not available. Would definitely stay again.

Fantastic experience: From the start Katie was flexible and accommodating to fit our needs. Whenever there was a problem she was responsive and quick to solve it. The property was very comfortable and and clean on arrival. Overall it was a great experience booking with Katie and property works.

Fantastic experience: We had a major remodel on our home and needed a shorter term lease. Boise is incredibly difficult to find a place that would accommodate our needs, and AIRBNB was incredibly expensive. Luckily PropertyWorks had a place available that was beautiful, safe, reasonably priced, and available! 10/10 would recommend.

Fantastic experience: We had a great stay at this property. It was very clean and had been recently updated throughout. We needed to extend our stay, and Property Works made it very easy for us to make adjustments as needed.

Fantastic experience: Great location for our stay in Boise. The entire inside was very clean and the bed/pillows in the master bedroom were very comfortable. It was just two of us staying here and although there was a second bedroom, I don’t think it would have been enough space to stay with another couple for multiple nights. We were able to walk down steep driveway and once you got to the road it was easy to go for a walk/run as the neighborhood was safe and easy to figure out where you were. We could walk to Hyde Park area to several restaurants, shops, and even ice cream place. We could also walk to Camel’s Back Park and to the top to see beautiful city view and also rolling hills view. It was easy to jump in car to get to downtown Boise or to several of the local attractions - great location for a stay to be able to get to tons of stuff!!! During our stay I reached out to the company managing the property via text with a couple minor suggestions/questions and it was easy to get responses. They seemed very open to anything they could do to improve on the space and they wanted to ensure our stay was a positive experience. I would stay here again!

Negative experience: HOME OWNERS BEWARE One compliment I can say was Kate and her team did rent out the house but here is a list of Action Items I would watch out for as they did not seem to care - Inventory Taken from the house taken. - Damages to furniture and Counter tops. -Always had to remind them about payment due. -Never Changed the filter to HVAC like they said witch could have caused damage. - They had there handy man paint some spots around the house that did not color match so my house has areas in the house I need to repaint they won’t take care of it. - Money for Utilities always late There company has a good plat form but the leadership and organization is very poor. If you do have a Home that they are renting from you I would encourage you to inspect your house and hold them accountable. As I am sure many people are being taken advantage of.

Negative experience: I have never received a refund from these folks.

Fantastic experience: Our stay couldn't have been more comfortable! This is a lovely apartment - just as it appears in the photos. Every possible amenity is available, from kitchenware to bathroom supplies to tons of Roku tv options to washer - dryer. We had enough coffee for our 5-day stay, and enough creamer for our first morning. Communication was easy and prompt. We asked for a 1 hr. extension of our checkout time and they very graciously allowed it. Oh, and the bed is super comfortable! Thanks for a great stay!

The team jumped on them immediately and got them resolved. Plus they are very flexible and available to you 24x7. Can not say enough good things about this company. Highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: We truly enjoyed this home! Super clean, had everything we needed and forgot- shampoo and hair dryer-was modern, and tons of space! We had brought our girls to Boise to visit the college and the location was perfect - Close to downtown and close to the school. The house had two living room areas that provided adult space and kid space to hangout and the backyard was perfect for sitting in the sun or shade, to enjoy the fall weather. Neighborhood was friendly and quiet Would recommend it - and will stay here again!

Very easy to work with and the house was stunning. The property was immaculate and check in and check out was extremely easy. I would definitely stay there again.

Fantastic experience: We were so pleased to find a rental for the weekend that was so close to the Green Belt and our daughter’s apartment. The home exceeded our expectations. The space is very roomy, well equipped and very clean. All of the staff members we spoke to were quick to respond, very friendly and professional. I definitely will rebook on our future visits.

Fantastic experience: I've had nothing but positive experiences working with Property Works, and Kate specifically. We've stayed in one of their beautiful properties a few times now in Garden City, ID, and the experience has been wonderful. We had no shortage of requests throughout our stay, and for every one of them Kate was so understanding and accommodating. We have family in the area and have stayed at various Airbnb's in the past, but after our experience with Property Works, we won't be staying anywhere else in the future. Thank you for all you do!
