I moved to NW Indian from Arizona, so I knew nothing about building in a cold weather climate and what do I need to know about basements?? Never had one of those Nicole put me at ease and took the time to learn what I was looking for in a home. She taught me about the many different areas in NW Indiana, and what I should expect when I selected to build in the Dyer/Saint John area with Schilling Construction. When it came to the building process, she made sure I understood what was happening each step of the build. As I had questions, she guided me to resources when I needed them and helped me build my dream home. She gave me the confidence in the building process. Fantastic experience: Nicole Milford was a realtor for us as we went through the process of cleaning out and selling our elderly aunt's condominium. We live 3 hours away in Indianapolis and Nicole made the process smooth and hassle free for us. She met with junk haulers, took her sweeper over to vacuum and clean up the condominium and even went so far as to problem solve a plumbing issue for us so that we didn't have to drive 3 hours to take care of those things ourselves. Fantastic experience: My husband and I contacted Nicole to help us find a home quickly, as I was needing to relocate to the area for work. Nicole stayed in contact with us everyday, sending us leads, learning about our family's needs and wants. When we had an opportunity to come into town for a short visit, she made us a priority. Fantastic experience: We had Nicole as our realtor when buying our first home. We were buying from out of state but this didn’t seem to phase Nicole as she had done it before. She was very effective with FaceTiming and walking us through all of the houses we were interested in seeing. She was also more than happy to bring along one of our family members from the area if we requested it. Once we found the house we wanted she helped us put in an offer which was accepted the same day! About three days before closing, we had some major issues with our mortgage company. Nicole handled it with grace. She was calling and emailing people immediately, fixing issues she frankly shouldn’t have had to deal with. In the end, she ensured that everything went as smoothly as possible for us. We are now happily settled into our new home and would hire Nicole in an instant if we were looking to move again!

Fantastic experience: I normally do not write reviews, especially when in the end my wife and I went somewhere else to purchase a home. However, I can not think of anyone I would want to represent me in building a home then Nicole. She bent over backwards and broke her back in trying to help us find the right property in NW Indiana and I truly believe if this property existed she would have found it. Due to COVID, flying was an impossibility at the beginning of our search, so she became our eyes and the voice of reason. Each of my transactions were uniquely challenging and Nicole proved to be excellent in navigating the market trends. Her guidance revealed her depth of knowledge and experience.
