It was a tricky task because we worked with her 100% remotely to view houses and make offers while we were still living in Hawaii -- did not meet her in real life until closing day! Alessandra has a very calm, coolheaded demeanor, which meant we felt "cared for" throughout the very stressful parts of buying a home.
