Alex was out of town that weekend and Kramer from his office came to show us the house. We underestimated the amount of work that the house needed and Kramer was able to show us 2 other houses in our price range which wasn't scheduled. Alex reached out after to see if we wanted to see anything else and maybe set up a time to formally sit down and go over what we were looking for.
