Fantastic experience: Loretta Barbar was my friend and running buddy before she was my real estate agent. Sometimes during our runs she would tell me of things she needed to do in support of her client, or she would take a call during a run or she would rearrange her running schedule to meet with a client or host an open house. She made sure she was available to her client. Her clients came first and she did what she could to help them. When I started thinking about selling my house I knew I needed some time to get it ready. She never rushed me, gave me names of people who can do the fixes: handyman, roofer, pest control, etc. While I was getting my house ready she helped me look for my new place to live. When the time was right my house was listed, and since she had done her homework, several solid offers came in and we accepted one and opened escrow within a few days. We were also able to open escrow on my new house soon after and planned for both to close on consecutive days. She kept me informed throughout the escrow process and made sure things were progressing as we hoped. All the support for her clients she mentioned to me during our runs I got to experience firsthand, and it was tremendous. She reassured me when it was needed and she was my advocate throughout.
