Fantastic experience: Since the first meeting, Freddy was nothing but polite and professional. He explained our options for putting our condo up for sale. He made suggestions but ultimately let us make the final decisions. He hosted many open houses and put a lot of effort to sell it. We were very happy with his work that when we decided to purchase a bigger house we had Freddy represent us. He showed us many properties and when we found the one we loved, he was persistent and got us into the house that wasn't even on the market at that time. He made it very easy to sign documents and communicate through email and texts as both my wife and I have full time jobs. We got the house we wanted and even after the sellers left the house a mess, he stepped up and got a cleaning crew to clean it on his dime even though he didn't have to.
