Chandler Park

Positive experience: The Chandler Park building has nice office space for different types of businesses. The rooms look fairly modern. They appear to be updating some areas inside. They do however need to fix the temperamental elevators in the front.

Fantastic experience: alot of cleveland history here. the car company that actually gave the big 3 a run for their money. now the auto factory has been saved and repurposed helping w small.busines space rental, storge opportunities and more. keep our historical buildings, and u keep their memories

Positive experience: Make sure you are either skinny or someone with strong legs coming into this place. It's bad enough the door was broken during the entire winter of 2024 due to a break in, but the elevators (yes, ELEVATORS) Haven't worked since I've been at my job, which is going on 6 months. People who have disabilities or require assistance to get to where they need to go can't because the company can't even fix the elevators. There are multiple businesses running in this building on 4 different floors, but people can't get to their appointments, let's say, on the 4th floor, because the elevators don't work. Update: They worked for a while, but now they're broken yet again, and people are taking notice.. Another update: the elevators have finally started working again.

Negative experience: This place is a fire hazard. They only have one working elevator for the entire building.

Negative experience: I had to file a police report at chandler park due to items being stolen from a unit that the owner was locked out of due to non payment (2 turnt tattoos). I won the contents in an auction setting online. This unit was not broken into and was locked when we arrived. The owners daughter was rude, showed no sympathy and told two different story’s before and after the police arrived. In my opinion it seemed like she was trying to cover something up, possibly staff removed items. Breach of contract? The owners daughter initially said they had let the renter in and let him take items, and they posted an earlier picture on accident which was an obvious lie and why I called the police. she after said when the police arrived that she had only said that might have been the case. I was offered $100 refund on the next unit I purchase and refused. The owners daughter boasted about removing tenants expeditiously and locking them out. Beware! Who knows what all could’ve been in this unit before it was ransacked (with a key?) and how much I lost out on. Considering pulling the body cam footage of the officer who arrived.

Negative experience: What a dump

Positive experience: This property has many conference rooms and offices inside the lobby space looks a little outdated and run down. In the past when I would drive by I thought this place was abandoned the curb appeal needs work especially the parking lot. I visited Emmaus bible fellowship church eventhough I was a visitor I felt welcomed and uplifted inspite of the building space that it is located in. The spirit of God can be found everywhere lol!!

Negative experience: Helped a friend move his stuff out of the office he was renting after someone broke in and stole their equipment

Fantastic experience: I love it it's like a little secret gold mine it's like black entrepreneurship in one building that I was not aware of until I went there for a tattoo but I also noticed they have other Ventures inside the building I was very proud and I would love to revisit

Positive experience: Need camera on every floor,kids from 1st floor be running and playing on the elevator and running in the hall, more bath room need to be open for us elderly and when it is cold the heat need to be on

Negative experience: I personally don't care for this company because the building is not safe for the businesses that it houses or the people who visit this location. The owner of this location mis-leads to get business owners to rent offices for a reasonable price and and once their business has taken occupancy he will double and sometimes triple your current rent. And he will lock you out of your suite and take possession of your property if you refuse his terms.

Negative experience: Hard to find the specific business you're looking for.

Negative experience: Very confusing on the move in process, set meeting and 3 different occasion they don't show up nor call you back, move in process seems to be a shell game, then to top it off lance johnson is disrespectful and rude, he [lance]stated the they have 99% black tenants as if this means that he's not racist in their move in practices and then at the end of this process he [lance] hang up on us! as if he [lance] doesn't have to be question or comforted on their lack of transparencies. 2018 if you step and fetch you okay if you question the process then you not respected. or treated equal and fairly. Shame and Vengeance is mines saith the Lord...

Fantastic experience: I went to Chandler Park today and meet Libby. She was wonderful, full of information and excited about future plans. I really loved the facilities. I'm looking forward to a June move in date.
