Whether it was him or the builder, in the end he failed to represent the buyer. After talking to others that purchased my same floor plan, using nonbuilder affiliated brokerages, I now see the importance of a quality realtor.

I had multiple online places I was looking at. I also went through many realtors that would not help me at all. Some of them were very rude and didn’t disclose everything I needed.
