Negative experience: I talked to a lady about a specific rental property and move in fees. I had questions about pet deposits and deposit alternatives because if I dont have to actually pay a full 1700 deposit up front, then Im not going to. I did not appreciate this lady being very rude and talking down to me over the phone. She automatically assumed we had bad credit and income. We make almost 8 times the amount of rent amd have good credit. It absolutely is not a concern for us.

Negative experience: Tienen un pesimo service nunca dicen cuando van hacer la revision solo llegan no me entregaron el mes de garantia y gaste mucho dinero para entregarla bien y no me devolvieron la garantia tampoco nunca arreglaron las cosas malas que tenían la casa me la entregaron en un muy mal estado

Fantastic experience: I have rented a home managed by their company for almost 4 years now. We had a small but mighty kitchen fire this past November. During this life changing event for us, they pretty much took care of everything. They helped find a short term rental for my family and I during the renovation process. They worked closely with the owner of the home and the companies involved in restoring the house to make sure we didn’t have to pay unnecessary fees while we weren’t currently in that home and were able to move back in to where we consider home when it was completed. Have always been pretty prompt in managing any maintenance requests that may arise to make sure we stay living comfortably. My experience with this company has been amazing and I’d definitely recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Chrystal was amazing! She was informative & replied to my emails within less than 30 minutes every time. She has made the process of putting my home in property management absolutely seamless. I cant say enough great things about chrystal and about premier property management! 10/10 would recommend! :)

Positive experience: At first everything seemed great with them. While you’re a tenant they are nice however there is always a disconnect when it comes to the Receptionist and the property managers. Any questions you may have will be not be answered and often forgotten or they get back to you in a couple business days. The communication piece when you are moving out is nonexistent unless they need you to move out earlier. Followed the cleaning instructions to the T was confirmed on the phone that the cleaning was great, then get my security deposit back with a huge hit. I absolutely understood the grass not being mowed ( lawn mower conked out day before move out) however to be charged for cleaning fee without so much as why I was charged left me fuming. I called calmly to at least ask why and was promptly told I will have the property manager try to reach out to you either by text or email. I then asked could it be today or soon because if the security deposit has a discrepancy I’d rather the correct amount be put on and was told . Well try and get ahold of the property manager.

Fantastic experience: Madison and Chrystal are always on top of my rental properties. Their systems are efficiently streamlined and communications with the team is amazing.

Negative experience: Sin duda la peor empresa con la que he arrendado, aparte de no ir a las revisiones semestrales supuestamente, la casa cuando la tomamos no estaba en buenas condiciones, algunas repisas del closet estaban caídas y en el otro clóset tenía piezas de repisas antiguas al igual que el de la entrada, estaba rota la alfombra de la entrada de un dormitorio, las paredes estaban mal reparadas del arrendatario anterior y mal pintado junto con eso los baños asquerosos, uno para poder vivir mejor repara esas cosas y más, aparte se dan el lujo de llamar la atención por marcas inevitables dónde van puestos unos muebles, nosotros trabajamos en remodelación y reparación por lo que en esas cosas nos damos cuenta, sin mencionar que hacían muchas tapas de outlet que estaban sueltas y otras sin fijar. Son cosas pequeñas pero ellos al momento de la devolución se fijan en cosas mucho más pequeñas para descontar lo que más puedan. Aparte fijaron fecha para mostrar la casa antes que nos mudamos y sin avisarnos. Falta de profesionalismo de parte de ellos por donde se les mire.

Negative experience: We just need a maintenance issue taken care of, doesn’t seem to be of any concern for this company. Not the end of the world, but after repeated follow up with trying to get a solution we were told that it “was weird that the last tenant didn’t have that issue.”

Negative experience: Acompañé a mi hermana a limpiar la casa para su entrega, compró hasta cortinas nuevas, todo quedó impecable, incluso después de entregarla la rentaron de inmediato ya que no había nada que hacerle, sin embargo igual le quitaron casi todo su depósito de seguridad, como consejo no cuente con la devolución de este ya que como sea se lo quitarán, no son una empresa confiable

Negative experience: I want to leave my dissatisfaction and bad service from this company since day one, starting with moving day, the same day I moved in they only came to clean the carpets, we had to wait hours to get in because it was humid, the house in general was not clean, the bathtub in one bedroom had grease and a bad smell, the microwave had grease on its door, the refrigerator had a broken part that I had to repair myself, we complained to the girl who was managing Mrs. Cristel, and she only said that they were stains that wouldn't come out, which I solved by doing a real cleaning of the whole house, we had to buy the refrigerator filter and the battery for the smoke detector that kept going off, we reported all this to Mrs. Cristel but she never gave us an answer or took responsibility, we reminded her of this when we decided not to renew, which was when she finally contacted us, and said that we would be reimbursed, which never happened, they left me two televisions, one in each room that only bothered me during my stay, I needed them to take them away but as I mentioned there was never a response from this Ma'am, the day we left the house, my husband and I left it spotless since we worked on remodeling, new curtains, carpet cleaning, painting, everything was impeccable, so much so that they rented the house immediately, there was nothing to do to it, however they gave themselves the luxury of deducting $900 from my security deposit, a disgrace, I do not recommend them at all, Mrs. Cristel was the only one who spoke Spanish and her attention was terrible, she never managed anything and never took charge of our discontent or complaints, I leave here the photo of the bathtub, that is how they delivered the house to me.

Chrystal went above and beyond to ensure that all my questions were answered. Madison was always quick to help clear any situation that arose. What an outstanding team to work with.

Negative experience: Cleaned my old place top to bottom for 3 days straight. Still got charged for a cleaning fee because my apartment wasn’t “clean” when we moved out I worked for a cleaning company. I went out of my way to buy everything to clean the place myself. I deep cleaned EVERY single week. I paid hundreds to get the carpets deep cleaned and plus exterminator for a problem we didn’t have at the time. I understand the tiny things like the oven. But the cabinet that was stained when WE moved in was not on us. Other than that I know I did a hell of a job because I know how to clean and the company I worked for cleaned the place. ‍♀️ Got charged a $200 cleaning fee for 2 fans and the behind of a standing Washer and dryer. (None of these things were cleaned when we moved in)

Negative experience: Worst management company I've ever worked with. When I moved out they charged me for home owner responsible stuff like fallen gutter pipes. They also charged me for a section of floor that was damaged by a water leak from the kitchen sink, not an ice maker. Reported the leaking sink when it happened and 3 additional times before it was fixed. Still don't understand how it was my fault their repair people couldn't get it right until the 4th try. Anyway, learned my lesson, I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

This includes the owner, the property manager, and all involved as office staff, etc. They truly care about their owners, the tenants and even how they interact with vendors for repairs. Fantastic experience: We were in the process of looking for a new home to move, my husband and I just had a baby and we needed to find a 3 bedroom house. Chrystal was truly wonderful with helping us and accommodating our needs. We truly found the perfect rental for us and our needs. It’s in a great neighborhood and everything went pretty quickly since we moved in right before thanksgiving! I would recommend anyone looking for help finding a house or rental, I would definitely go through them!

Fantastic experience: Wouldn't want to rent from anywhere else. Maintenance requests are sent to vendors who do their own scheduling. Love the option to pay online without having to be a bother. Never once have i had any complaints towards Premier Properties of ENC.

Negative experience: Very dissapointed! Rented sight unseen, when we saw the place it did not match pictures, smelled like urine! Saw a lizard, missing washer and dryer, no wine rack! Taken out! They posted it 3 days later different pictures! We lost our deposit, no refund!

Negative experience: I've found my experience with this company very unprofessional. We never should have been told to apply for a property that was already pending. In an effort to compensate that $120 loss, we transferred the application to an alternate rental property. I was then told that my partner and I would have to pay "individual security deposits" in order to sign the lease. As someone with excellent credit and rental history, I find this ridiculous. I was also informed by other realtors that it is unlawful to require individual security deposits. I feel that this company is greedy, and scammed us out of $120 in application fees.

Negative experience: After only a few months of living in a home rented through them, ive discovered they take multiple weeks to respond to maintenance requests, and aren't very friendly when calling in to schedule maintenance. They've also lied about cleaning that was done prior to move in, such as air duct cleaning.

Negative experience: My biggest advice if your looking for a rental company is to stay far far away from this business. All the promises they made to begin with where just hook and bait. There is ZERO professionalism or ethical practice. As an owner who paid for the service with not much provided in return for every excuse in the book. For in return to be slandered to our tenants for there own short comings to try and not make themselves look bad . Fortunately that doesnt work well when text just dont go away and emails exchanged dont just erase. Its very easy to compare and see the real truth. I shouldnt have to beg them to do there job or the continous excuse of "Im the only one" . If they dont like you because of the fact that you where raised that if your paid for something you do it right. You can forget any cooperation from them. They dont return phone calls or emails. Nor is anything done within a timely manner unless it benefits them. We even had an argument over what our rent was supposed to be for them to tell us we where wrong , well they didnt even look at the contract ( we where correct as you can assume there was a several hundred dollar difference). Youd think grown adults wouldnt act like high-school girls but this is exactly this practice. We had tenants threatening to sue us do to the fact that management wasnt responding to them. It took sitting down with the tenant ourselves and going over everything we had to show just how horrible this company treats clients. Save your self the stress go elsewhere. And the owner doesnt care either we attempted to address our concerns and where dismissed. Our tenants attempted to also confront the situation with the owner with the same response. Judging by other reviews as well its all absolutely true.

Negative experience: Move in experience wasn’t the greatest when renting one of the properties. There were bugs, and some damages were documented before moving in and were never fixed during the time living there. Even after preparing to move out and paying $400 dollars out of my own pocket to fix damages for the property, I only got $374 out of the $1250 deposit. I had to leave the grass due to a situation I was in, but I already had bugs when I moved in so they took money for no reason in that regard. Carpet cleaners and air filters are definitely not that expensive and in my experience, and there was nothing else to move out other than the stuff they left in the house when I moved in, and charged me for. Everything else I already handled and there was no need to take out this much for the property. I am almost certain the realtor pocketed the extra money. I would highly recommend trying to rent from someone else. If you can’t rent from someone else, don’t worry about fixing or cleaning the property when moving out.

Negative experience: As a renter, they have were an excellent property management company! Usually responsive and have worked well through our delayed timeline moving out of the property. I couldn't say more about how much we adored having them as our leasing company! That will change entirely when you move out of a property. There is no pre-inspection for moving out, so you're left to guess what still needs to be done. We were charged for; damage to the laundry room door, which was documented on the move-in inspection; a trim piece near the back door that was caused by a leaking back door; an additional carpet cleaning with an enzyme treatment, though that was not listed in the original contract, besides the one we had already paidfor; and an additional fumigation besides the one we paid for and provided receipt for. I know most rental agencies do their best to hold on to as much of that security deposit as they can, but theirs was truly a reach. I spent an additional $450 in paint and supplies to completely repaint the home instead of touching up the existing paint, but that wasn't taken I to account at all. Do not rent from this company, and if you do, don't waste your time on cleaning or repairs to receive your security deposit back.

Fantastic experience: Our biggest fear was having to settle and not get what we wanted in a home. Premier Properties was our answer in a very aggressive market. We were 3 1/2 hrs away. Dealing with other real estate companies, they focused more on locals. We missed out on properties because of that. Premier Properties is as demanding on owners as they are on tennants. We appreciate that! The process was effecient and they kept in full communication through the process.
