Our situation wasn’t exactly simple—we were trying to buy a home in North Carolina while not physically being there, so probably 90% of the process had to be done virtually. From the very beginning, Irina went above and beyond for my family. My wife and I were trying to find the home that truly felt right for us, and she never rushed us or made us feel like we needed to settle. She went to showing after showing on our behalf, FaceTimed us through the entire house, opened cabinets, walked through closets, showed us the backyard—whatever we wanted to see, she made sure we saw it. If you are moving to the Jacksonville, NC area, you NEED to have Irina as your Real Estate Agent I am a do it yourself kind of person, and this was my first time buying a house. (In other words… Handyman! And boy did she hook us up with the best. Josh!!! If you need a little more things to be done to your new purchased home, he’s your man.) And these are just a few things Irina did for us… and I guarantee she will do the same for you. Finding our new home was a snap for Irina I must say too. As I said before, we lived halfway across the country from Jacksonville, Colorado Springs, CO to be exact, and we had no way to see any possible prospects in person. What to do… what to do? No problem! Irina got with us over the phone and ask us exactly what we were looking for, the price range and the area we wished to live. After that… She did her thing for a day or so and then started giving us video conference walkthroughs on a number of homes in the area we were looking for. I mean me and Amy spent near 30 to 45 minutes per walkthrough over the phone with her. She was very detailed in showing and telling us what she saw, putting in a few of her on personal thoughts now and then when she thought it was needed. Now… With the buying process itself, she made it as easy as she could for us by walking us through it, step by step, (and with us, over again a few times…lol,) so we understood everything that was coming ahead. It was a lot… and we were so thankful she was there with us, every step of the way and there to answer all the so many questions we had for her. After we got our new home purchased, and most realtors would see their job done with you… not Irina. She checked in with us many times to make sure we were not having any problems with the upgrading projects we had set before us. She did this all the way until we were done, moved in good and finally home.
