Fantastic experience: Words don't begin to describe how much Jesse helped me with the purchase of my home. This was no ordinary purchase... But it involved a lot of family drama, lawyers, and tons of complications. That didn't scare Jesse one bit, he was there by our sides for 3 years, that's right 3 YEARS as we fought to purchase our family home after my grandmother passed away. When we hit an obstacle, he found a solution... When thinks seemed impossible he was the positivity we needed to not give up. This home was my grandma's since the 1940s and Jesse knew how much it meant to me so he helped us in every way possible. Fantastic experience: Jesse and Norma did a great job of selling my sister’s home. They were were professional in dealing with my self and with the buyer’s agent. Once the house was listed they had a couple of open houses and within two weeks we had multiple offers including over asking price. Once l accepted the offer the escrow went very smoothly. He kept me up to date on what was going on while escrow was in the process. Escrow closed within thirty days. When they need arise again I would definitely and strongly consider Jesse, Norma and Realty Master and Associates to sell or to buy real estate.

Fantastic experience: I rarely post online reviews, but will take the time when I come across something exceptional (which sadly isn't often enough). Ironically, I selected Jesse Garcia after reading so many great online reviews. Based on those reviews, his years of experience, and the fact that he was the first one to respond to my inquiry affirmed my choice. I was under a very tight timeline and pressure to sell my mom's home due to a sudden, stressful, unforeseen circumstance. I didn't have a minute to spare, when normally I would have taken more time to research and interview realtors before making a selection. Once I met Jesse and discussed the home sale I knew I didn't have to look any further. From day one, he worked tirelessly (even when ill) to ensure I had what I needed to make the whole selling experience a positive one, from repairing a sprinkler head, resetting the auto sprinkler timer, carrying away discarded items as I cleaned out the home, to helping me garner needed legal documents and providing an excellent recommendation for a trust attorney -- just to name a few. He was always quick to communicate and respond to my communications, the WHOLE way through the process -- no matter what day or time. We were able to sell at our asking price and move towards a quick, two week closure. I can't say enough good things about Jesse and his professionalism, integrity, and kindness -- I felt he was the godsend I needed during this difficult time in my life. Fantastic experience: I came to Jesse by coincidence when my neighbors had an open house. I talked to Jesse and expressed how I was thinking about selling my house in 6 months (more or less) to buy a new construction house in Las Vegas. He was welcoming in helping me out, and even walked through my home the very next day after meeting him. He was prompt in sending me an analysis of my home within that week. Off the bat, I liked his energy, professionalism, knowledge, experience and patience. I ended up contacting Jesse sooner than 6 months. In fact, it was about 2 months after we first met. With the process of buying a new construction home, things moved fast. Jesse was always 100% ready and willing to assist with anything I needed from the sale of my house to even giving his opinion and advice on purchasing my new construction. Jesse was the realtor for both me and the seller, which was great, and saved me some money on the closing costs. We ended up selling the house in April and we even negotiated for me to live in my current home for 4 months until I was ready to move. Not only that, he always was an advocate for me during the negotiating process. You usually hear that buying and selling a home simultaneously is a nightmare, however, not with Jesse!
