Fantastic experience: Steve Laplante represented me in buying a home in South Hadley, and in at least one case I saw him in the role of seller's representative. I cannot say enough good things about his successful efforts. I gave him a difficult set of criteria, and he fulfilled them almost entirely. His work ethic is admirable, and his experience and knowledge of the area and almost everyone in the business community are nearly unmatched. And given my age, I have much with which to match it. This may seem to be an overly glowing review, but it should be known that I rarely post them. In my view, Steve is a gem.

Fantastic experience: As a (non-practicing) licensed real estate agent myself, Jameson Glanville is - by leaps and bounds - the best agent I have ever worked with! He handled the sale of my old house - which had more challenges and monkey wrenches thrown in than I can count - and helped me find my new home… all while holding my hand as a newly bereaved widow. He was strategic, responsive and thoughtful. He gave great advice and talked me off the ledge more than a few times. He hung in when the challenges seemed insurmountable and ultimately got me out of my old house relatively unscathed. He handled all the things - inspections, showings, even getting me my mail! Fantastic experience: Bonnie was fantastic to work with!! If I have to do this again in the future I would pick Bonnie again and again. Our experience was everything we have hoped for when we chose Bonnie to be our realtor. Throughout the process we created such a personal bond with her that it was like looking at houses with family. Negative experience: Mr. Glanville has listed a property for sale at 3 Flagg Dr, Leicester, MA 01524 as a listing agent. I called him on Sunday (10.19.2025) morning and had an 8-minute-long conversation wherein I informed him that I am a straight cash buyer and do not have a buyer’s agent. He informed me that the house needs some major repairs, to which I informed him that I have more than a decade’s experience in construction business and I have people who can handle that kind of repair, so we made an appointment to meet at the property at 4.30 pm on the same day. Me and my wife arrived there on time and the first thing Mr. Glanville brought up is that I need to appoint him as my buyer’s agent, and he SPECIFICALLY mentioned that if I decide to put an offer on the property then I must do that with him as he being my buyer’s agent. I told him that I have an attorney that handles all my matters, and he does all the due diligence for me. I refused to appoint him as my buyer’s agent; I told him that by Law in MASS I can buy a property without having a buyer’s agent. Mr. Glanville became abusive and said if I do not appoint him as my agent then me and my wife should leave the property immediately and he will not even let us see through the property. For your information we left the property immediately Mr. Glanville not only insulted us / harassed us / embarrassed us but also acted illegally by forcing me to sign a buyer’s agent appointment form or leave the property. In my opinion Mr. Glanville acted illegally and unprofessionally, did not follow the code of conduct rules, instead insulted / harassed / embarrassed me and wife. BE AWARE GUYS THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT AT ALL TRUSTWORTHY.

Positive experience: To whom it may concern: Joni did a great job throughout the process. She consistently kept us in the loop with potential buyers, showings, offers, etc. And always made herself available for our questions and concerns. She was very professional with her sales presentation and our eventual house listing details. Our only concerns were: 1) After showings, lights were left on, and doors were left unlocked. ( while we were out of town ). But that may have been the fault of the buyers Real Estate agent. Joni always returned to the house to correct things. 2) We contacted the fire dept ourselves to get accurate information on mandatory smoke and carbon monoxide detectors. By contacting the Fire Captain ourselves, we were able to avoid a very expensive additional smoke alarm installation that wasn't necessary. All in all, it was a smooth and pleasant experience.
