Fantastic experience: We enjoyed every aspect of working with Jill, but two things make her stand out: communicativeness and attention to detail. During our first meeting, Jill noticed everything from a small water stain to a scratched windowsill to an issue with paint in the hallway. This is what you want in a selling agent! We addressed all of it and had a great result with the photographs, the open house, and the sale (Jill works with an excellent photographer and wrote a listing that perfectly described our home). Fantastic experience: Jill is a five start realtor, it's true. I have used her to purchase two homes. One was 8 years ago and one was now. And both times, she has been nothing but excellent. There is a reason why she continues to get voted Best Realtor. She listens and I really felt she let us guide our own journey and only occasionally told us a particular property or area would be a bad choice, and why. Then once we'd go to look at spots, Jill has a critical eye for all the details and will matter of factly tell you what is just sort of cosmetic and what are bigger structural issues. Fantastic experience: Jill is an amazing relator and fabulous person. I have not had much experience with realtors, and we needed her services in the midst of a family crisis. The first time I called her, I was tearful while trying to handle our personal situation. I thought she would think I was crazy and never call me back. She did call, and was compassionate and endearing. I feel as if she took on the sale of our home as if it was her own. She took care of every detail for us. Things a realtor wouldn't normally do, she did. She took the stress of selling our family home off of our shoulders with professionalism while constantly keeping us in the loop of what was going on.
