Fantastic experience: I can highly recommend Tracy. Since I know nothing about selling real estate, I left everything in her hands. I was a little surprised that our asking price was lower than I would have expected, but she wanted as many people as possible to look at the house. She was right! We had 5 offers and eventually accepted one that was over $75,000 higher than our asking price, and higher than I ever expected. I thought with higher interest rates that there were less buyers and no bidding wars, but she somehow pulled it off. Communication was timely, and frankly, she's just a nice person, which makes working with her a pleasure. You won't be sorry if you have Tracy by your side.

Fantastic experience: If you’re a 1st time homebuyer this is the review for you: I was a 1st time home buyer with little to no knowledge about this process. Alan and Tracy held my hand through this whole process. They kindly assisted me in finding people for my team. (Attorney, lender, roofer, etc). Even when I had already found a team, Alan found people who beat their prices (and interest on my pre approval), yet did equivalent or superior work. This was game changing and saved me SO much money. Alan went above and beyond in many ways. A couple examples are: having a roofer come quote on a new roof and how long our current one would last. Alan did this without me asking, just as a courtesy heads up and to provide me with room to bargain at closing. He was fast and dependable on answering and coming to see showings with little to no notice sometimes. (Don’t be like me, try to give as advanced notice as possible when possible!) A bonus and a huge reason I’m happy I went with Alan and Tracy is that Alan knows houses very well. He knows how long things last, the condition, the quality and more. He knows the inside and outside and sees many things that I wouldn’t have considered or noticed. He was able to ease my mind, as well as tell me when things were worrisome or exactly how they’d affect me. He also came up with solutions such as putting in wanted appliances and walked me through what that process would look like and the price. Alan negotiated on my behalf far lower and a better deal than I had imagined or would have thought would be accepted. His confidence and expertise in this field helped me feel confident with this terrifying, yet exciting chapter. Tracy was very calming to talk with when I had worries or questions. The two of them complement each other very well and I’m so happy to have had them as my buyers agents. At no point in this journey did I feel pressured or that I was annoying then with my many questions; sometimes at outrageous times. They were both patient and kind with me and I am so thankful I chose them for this journey. If you’re looking for an agent who goes above and beyond and is very knowledgeable in all things home and RE, Alan & Tracy are your agents!

Fantastic experience: This was best experience with the selling of our home and buying a new one. Alan and Tracy made the process so incredibly easy and stress free. They walked around our home and gave us some ideas on how to maximize our return in putting in sweat equity throughout our home. We are so glad that we did that. The amount of offers we got with just one open house and ZERO private showings was just amazing. The marketing that Tracy did which included videos and arial views of our home and the pictures along with the writes was just awesome. This team really knows how the make this process easy. Their transaction coordinator was amazing to work with. She took care of all the paperwork and made sure that we signed everything in a timely manner. The communication within this team is top notch!!! Absolutely would recommend Alan and Tracy and their team. So if you want someone to care about YOU and YOUR needs, hire them!!

Fantastic experience: Tracy and Alan have been all I could ask for in a real estate team. I am representing my late brother-in-law in the sale of his home but live 90 miles away from the property. Because of the distance, I have been very dependent on Tracy to identify issues with the house and find ways to remedy them. She found local tradesmen to do any necessary work. She made sure the price for the work was fair and met the tradesmen at the property since it was impossible for me to do so. Her taste is impeccable. Tracy has a calm, supportive style and is great at reassuring an anxious seller. She knows the local real estate market well. She came highly recommended by our family attorney and has certainly exceeded all of my expectations.

Fantastic experience: Buying and selling a house is stressful under the best circumstances - in our case we were selling our house out of state and relocating back to MA, which had unique challenges. Thankfully my husband and I were lucky enough to work with Tracy and Alan at LPT Realty. They took care of us like we were family! Alan was patient, knowledgeable, and honest throughout the process. He helped us get familiar with the area and provided feedback during tours to advise on potential issues to watch out for. Alan and Tracy were incredibly generous with their time for questions and showings as well. We had to drive four hours with our toddler for showings so we requested a long day with back to back showings. Tracy coordinated everything! They were long days but Alan was happy to do it. He even bought us all lunch while we waited for our final showing, which turned out to be the one! From offer to closing and every hurdle in between, Tracy and Alan were there solving problems and giving us advice/encouragement. Alan even showed up on moving day with a beautiful welcome basket before jumping in to help us unload the truck. I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Tracy and Alan at LPT Realty. They helped us find the perfect home for our family, so sadly I don’t know if we’ll ever get the chance to work them again, but you should!

Fantastic experience: The absolute best realtors in Western Massachusetts. We have bought and sold 2 houses with their help and give them our highest recommendations. They went well above what is normally required, especially considering that I was out of state and the co-owner out of the country for the final sale. Fantastic experience: Tracy was amazing during the entire process. I owned a rental property, had a property manager overseeing it and I lived out of state. Tracy worked with me every step of the way. Tracy was able to work out the showing with the tenant still in the house. I received an offer from the first open house. Tracy worked with my tenant's departure for 2 months. We had a rocky but successful closing. I never would have made it to the closing without Tracy's help and guidance.
