Fantastic experience: I must say that my experience was very good. I initially sent in a request for a phone call from the HOA. A time was scheduled. I received the call as scheduled. The representative was pleasant and professional. I initially forgot to send in a request to replace windows after contracting with the construction company. I sent it in to the ACC the next day for approval. I received the reply in a timely manner. I was able to keep my original construction date. I realize that they are volunteers and have another life. I appreciate their timely response.

Negative experience: Spectrum has been one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. Horrible service. If you see a House with spectrum HOA services, do not purchase it.

Fantastic experience: My HOA experience for two home improvements has been extremely positive. The app is easy to use. Provide info of your idea, upload required documents and send. Get communication immediately that they are reviewing. I got my last request approved within 24 hours! Easiest HOA I have ever worked with.

Fantastic experience: Quick turn around(1 week) from submission to approval. Although the website doesn't allow an opportunity to upload it deed to show home ownership the association was quick to remedy this. Awesome customer service thank you!

Negative experience: Horrible. They do not return phone calls. They do not visit the property.
