In 2023, after watching the Tercero Brothers “Living in Santa Fe” YouTube channel religiously, we did our first Christmas visit to The City Different. While here, Brian and Benjamin were kind enough to meet with us over coffee and discuss our short term goals (To invest at that time) and our long term goal of making Santa Fe our forever home. Coming out of that meeting, we signed up for property notifications and had a few regular conversations over time. Then life happened and changed our plan a bit. We had to pause the investment dream for a while. Nonetheless, Andreas kept in regular contact with us. Then, 6 weeks ago, we decided to “start looking.” He was immediately available to help us and had outstanding insight and provided clear and understandable answers to our questions. He might be the NICEST AND MOST SINCERE SALES PERSON we have ever met! We found our Santa Fe home. I am writing this review over coffee with my pups on my couch in my dream home in my dream destination and it feels like it happened the way it did because the Tercero Agency is everything they claim to be and more. If you are loosely or seriously considering Santa Fe, find their YouTube channel. If you connect with their content, and I don’t know how you couldn’t, you will connect with them and the entire team. We will be back on the Investor trail in 2027-2028 and we will only use Brian, Benjamin, and team.

Fantastic experience: We had the absolute BEST experience searching for our new home with Benjamin and his team. Shoutout to Andres and Camilia! These guys are super personable and extremely knowledgeable about the New Mexico market. The process was stress free and they literally took care of everything while advocating for us at every level of the negociacion. Fantastic experience: I discovered Brian and Benjamin's YouTube videos long before I started the wheels turning on my move and watched many, if not all, of them over several years. By the time I was ready to make the move to NM, I felt like I knew them. Of course I knew that was as silly as feeling like you know the newscasters you watch every night...but when I finally met them in person, they were exactly the same as in their videos! He found the property, which is a vacation home located by Bishop's Lodge, went there the first day and sent us walk-through videos. This house is exactly what we were looking for, and thanks to Benjamin we went into contract the very first day the house was on the market. He also negotiated so that we could buy the furniture already in the house. I probably should mention that we did not see the house before we bought it, this was when Covid made trips to Santa Fe impossible.
