Fantastic experience: As a radon mitigator, I love collaborating with Abigail. She's detailed, conscientious, timely, and great at anticipating problems that I and her clients might encounter. Radon is always a touchy subject given that it doesn't trigger the senses but I appreciate Abigail's habit of alerting me early that a house has a problem in order to give me plenty of time to remediate. Abby and her team went above and beyond to identify and show us properties that fit our specifications. The extremely strong sellers' market in Santa Fe was especially challenging since we were out of state buyers and insisted on seeing before buying a home. This meant that many homes went under contract before we could see them. Abby worked well with my attorney to draft the contract that fully protected our rights and set out the obligations of the builder/seller.
