Negative experience: Avnish Kumar, or "Raj" as he likes to be called, has often been unprofessional and disrespectful. He doesn't seem to understand, or maybe he just ignores, how to communicate properly in a professional setting. He often calls too much. If you don't answer him, he keeps trying and can become rude or offensive. When we first started working with him, he seemed nice. But as he got comfortable with my partner, his true colors showed. Shockingly, Raj told my partner he doesn't like to work with Black or Hispanic people. Instead, he prefers to work with Indians who don't speak English well so he can control them more. This type of behavior is not only unsettling, but it's also wrong and unprofessional. He seems to take advantage of people who are not comfortable with English to gain power over them. This is not fair or respectful. On top of all this, he also breaks the rules by falsely claiming he can arrange a mortgage and close it within a week. He puts a lot of pressure on you to use his mortgage broker. I think he might be doing this to get some extra money or benefits.

Fantastic experience: I had a wonderful experience with Vision Real Estate. I had a horrible experience w a previous real estate agent from another company and thankfully I was guided to aim for Vision and it didn’t disappoint. Raj and his team were diligent and aware of any potential scammers. They were able to rent my property very quickly and with a good tenant.
