Fantastic experience: Mariam was referred to me by a neighbor to assist with finding proper tenants. Little did I know the savy, intelligent and hard working professional that I was about to work with. Mariam is truly a 1 stop shop for any real estate venture one might be looking to get into. This includes buying, selling, renting and contractual referrals(renovations). She then further impressed me with her referrals, which she has built a strong professional rapport with over years of experience in building management, in realty law and mortgages. Negative experience: Dealt with her once a few years back and found her to be unethical. The apartment I was looking at was not pet friendly, she told me not to tell the landlord that I had two dogs, just to bring them into my apartment once I moved in. ,
