Negative experience: I’m a Broker, who deals with real estate clients both buyers and sellers. This office is a realty and mortgage lender. I have called Herman Singh many times, texted many times.. emailed many times.. and also tried to talk to his staff about files with buyers many times. This office does not call back, find reason to say they’re “busy” or will “call back” and doesn’t call back, text back or email back. Their goals are only for themselves not to collab with other offices in the real estate industry. Let me know how many times you can say you did everything by yourself and never needed to use anyone? If you trust using 1 person who has full monopoly on your deal I highly recommend you add in multiple opinions on your deal. I can surely bet if they don’t call back and service other vendors in the industry I can only imagine how they service a client that they mess up on?

Fantastic experience: I rented an apartment with the help of Arshdeep Singh in valley stream recently and he was forthcoming on his promise on finding me a perfect apartment for me since i am a student and explained my he only charged me half the finders fess usually everyone charges full comission but he didn’t so thank you arshdeep alot !!

Negative experience: If I could give zero stars I would. Arshdeep Singh from Omni Realty is greedy,dishonest and manipulative. He ignored my requests via the repair rider during my last purchase and basically lied about not knowing. Nonetheless…he admitted he was at fault and agreed to cover the window installation. He sent a bunch of different people into my home and lied about not knowing any of them. I discovered later on via another person he sent into my home that he has an agreement with all of them and he gets a cut of the total cost of each job. Arshdeep Singh is manipulative and only cares about his commission. As first time home buyers…we were reliant on him to have our backs. We were hoping to learn as the experience was new to us. Instead…he took advantage and we got stuck with a lemon. The house was patched up to look nice…but was falling apart everywhere. When I confronted him about this…he asked me if I wasn’t there as well. He was never apologetic and hung up the phone on me when I demanded that he honor the verbal agreement he made with me about paying for the window installation. He tried to have me agree to a total stranger coming into my home to do the work because he was supposedly being charged $300. I found a contractor that was charging more and he refused to cover the full amount. Arshdeep Singh manipulates his clients into working with only people he deals with and was instrumental in my letting go my first attorney. Apparently he gets a cut for referring them and sets their prices so that he can get a cut from them as well. I will be reporting him to the State and I plan on suing him as well. I spoke to his boss Herman Singh who did nothing. The sad part was I should’ve listened to my son and not purchase or to any business in NY. The brokers here are greedy and will ignore the right thing and won’t protect their clients because of greed. I would never recommend his services or the company he works with to anyone. He also had another person he has dealings with (Tikka Singh-owner of smart Air AC in Queens) try to threaten,intimidate and extort me because they wanted me to remove my negative review. He tried to blackmail me and threatened to harm my home and my family. Thank God I had the foresight to save and record all common with both him and Arshdeep Singh. I will not remove an honest review of my experiences. I have contacted an attorney and will be moving forward. No one should be forced to remove an honest review of any experience they’ve had with anyone or any business on this platform. If you want great reviews…be professional,honest and care about your clients and your reputation. Treat others the way you’d like to be treated because every wrong you do to others is coming right back to you.

Fantastic experience: Gurdeep helped me sell my home recently. Online websites and other realtors were giving me a lower estimated sale value for my home. However when Gurdeep looked at the property he was confident I will get a high price for my home. And he was right ! I got above market value for my home. He was able to find buyers very quickly and ensured the process was smooth. Gurdeep was responsive and supportive through the entire process.
