Fantastic experience: After almost 20 years with the same firm I found myself having to find a new home. I joined HomeQuest RE and I couldn't be happier. Professional staff and brokerage. My first transaction with the Escrow Department was a bit rough due to the other agent and lender's lack of professionalism but escrow got it through. My second transaction this Escrow handled was smooth as silk. They're very responsive. I used the same escrow company for 25 years due to their professionalism but the owner retired and I was afraid I wasn't going to find someone equally competent. Boy I was wrong, even the other agent kept complementing them. If an agent that has been in the business for almost 40 years was impressed, that should tell you something.

Negative experience: Beware!!! Run!! Bait and Switch, terrible business practices and affiliated with several property companies that everyone should run from. They lie, and they fall under the untouchables so if anything goes wrong or you're unhappy...to bad so sad. Run as fast as you can.WARNING!!!! DO YOUR HOMEWORK.....I didn't and lost everything.

Negative experience: We had a transaction with John jerry. He sent his clients to the home without him to view the property and expected commission without even showing up. Clients found our property by driving by. Then had many promises that were not followed up with on His end was not in on-time. He will try to schedule inspections before get emd in. Do not waste your time taking his offers. He puts and offer and will nickel And dime you for the appraisal. Don’t waste your time.

Negative experience: I recently closed on an escrow with Homequest Escrow and they are the worst! At the beginning of the transaction, they were responsive and on top of it. Towards the end of the transaction, the escrow officer/manager Susana sat on the buyers loan documents for an entire week! We were getting the run around instead of communicating with us with what was really going on. I’ve been in the real estate business for over 10+ years. Never have I ever had an escrow company do such thing! DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

Negative experience: We just closed a home in Pomona on 8/5/2020. Diaz, Karina Elida was our agent that was recommend by zillow. Diaz, Karina Elida was assisted to put in the offer multiple homes and we finally found and purchased it. We never got any response or call back from the agent after we closed, its look like she took our money and ran. During the home inspection and visit Karina never give us any idea how negative about the home instead she try to push and make it smooth for transaction to be closed. We was mention about the termite she gave us comment that this house seem like ok and she owned a termite company so she know there is no termite and no need for inspection. when the home inspector mention about the electrical panel, Karina also told us not to worry about it because it cost only 500-$700 and she knew a guy that can take care of it. Karina, told us not to worry about any thing because she can help us to fix it with low cost. but guest what after closed she disappeared. Here is the shady part. "On the day that we suppose to pick up the key, around 11am Karina called us to let us know that the seller accidentally took the key with them to Perris so she will have to drive to pick up the key for us, later 4pm I called Karina that we found the key in the box infront of the house. I thought she maybe she was on the way back from Perris but she was never went to Perris and intentionally lied and delay us by getting the key for the home until late 5pm if I never called her she probably delay until next day. After, all we feel like our agent was playing game and fraud all this time. Will fill complain to DRE as well. I hope the corp read this not to let this agent go around the fake to other buyers.

Negative experience: I called there on 03/11/2020. The lady who answer the phone just rudely hung the phone up in my face. If the clerk cannot properly answer the phone without being rude, she needs to be fired!

Fantastic experience: Great Company

Negative experience: We worked with Francine who was the property manager for an apartment we rented. The owner of the apartment did not understand any written or verbal English so Francine’s job was to be the middle person and translate for us. Well things got pretty messy towards the end, when we were in the process of moving out she decided she didn’t want to translate my concerns regarding the move out inspection to the owner. The owner is a very understanding person and if she would of translated our concerns then things would of been a lot smoother. I would never recommend this company or Francine.
