Fantastic experience: Repeat customer here. This is our second transaction with Jeremy. He helped our family buy a home in 2020 in the Daytona-Ormond area. This time we bought a new construction in Tampa. We had a local realtor but were not happy with the service so we fired him and decided to bring Jeremy on board. That was 100% the right decision. We were very lucky Jeremy agreed to represent us in this difficult transaction. - Jeremy stuck with us for the entire 18 months of construction - He went above and beyond to check in and work with the builder on delays/corrections, the bank (the bank missed closing twice but Jeremy was on top of them), and the title office in the end to make sure we close the deal. I am convinced we would not have been able to close the deal without Jeremy - It is now 3 months after we closed. The builder has not yet completed the tasks on the punch list but Jeremy is diligently continuing to work with them to ensure all punch list items are corrected - Jeremy's service level is unmatched. Always responsive, will not rush you and will answer every question you have. If he does not know the answer, he will call the city, contractors, or whoever it is to get the answer for you - He is very meticulous and keeps track of all the deadlines and deliverables Jeremy is a true professional. Fantastic experience: We purchased a multifamily residential investment rental property with Jeremy in Daytona Beach, FL. He was very knowledgeable in this field and understood the market very well. He was very responsive despite us not even being located in the US at the time we purchased the home.
