Fantastic experience: This is the place you need to go when you need property of any kind

Negative experience: Beware of this company if your using them to show and rent your property, starting with the owner down they do not protect your interest when screening a tenate , they approved a man that had a 525 credit score and also had Terrible rental history and no current sufficient income , this lack of screening cost me approx 20,000 in damages to the unit , attorney fees to evict and also loss of 4 months rent , this company does not care about you or your investment they only care about collecting there money.

Negative experience: I stayed in several 1st. Floor oceanfront units in Towers #8 and #9. They were both filthy with disgusting looking furniture. I was told the cleaning people only do surface cleaning, not deep cleaning. The sliding glass doors were broke at both units and the bedroom rugs were filthy. The underside of the Murphy Bed had mold. Silverware was all greasy. The cleaning supervisor refused to make things right. $6200/month, we won’t be back.

Fantastic experience: This is our 5th year using Ponce Realty for condo rentals in Daytona Beach Shores. They are very professional and make sure that we are satisfied with our experience staying in one of their properties. We highly recommend using Ponce Realty because they represent both the owner and the renter “fairly”. Beth and Donna are wonderful to deal with.

Negative experience: Three years ago our realtor was just as much of a scamming money grubbing person as you could get! Spent nearly over $100,000 leasing for a year with the option to buy. No one at the reality ever helped us and they were very rude and pretentious when you caught them out at the yacht clubs or partying with associates in public talking loudly how they screwed our rental over just a couple tables down using names and everything. I’ll never live in Ponce Inlet again because they’ve ruined everything about it.

Negative experience: Very unprofessional. This company took over the management of my property in 2021, I lived at the address 2 years prior and the prior company did an outstanding job. This company cant even seem to get a steady lawn service and a sober maintenance guy. Buyer beware. I have talked to several beach locals and they have said the same thing about the lack of service from this company. They have done so many things wrong since taking the property i cant even list them all. its bad! The rental manager, Summer is one of the worst I've ever seen, young and VERY inexperienced.

Fantastic experience: Summer and company did a great job while I was renting from Oceans one condominium. They were very fast and attentive, to all of my needs. Would trust them to handle anything related.

Fantastic experience: Great people to do business with. When we go back to Daytona we will continue to rent thru them. They take care of any problems you have with the condo and its done as timely as you can expect. Plus they dont rip you off with extra meaniless fees like VRBO does. Check them out, I dont think you will be disappointed.

Fantastic experience: We were looking for a nice pet friendly vacation rental in Florida. We discovered the Ponce Inlet Realty. We talked to Donna. She was very friendly and informative. But, unfortunately, no LARGE pets were allowed in the New Symerna and Ponce Inlet area. Actually, there were a couple but they were already rented for our time period. We will be working with them the next time that we are looking for a rental in that area. We highly recommend this place. But no dogs are allowed on the beach,although they do have pet friendly small beach areas.

Fantastic experience: Warm In Florida

Negative experience: Poorly maintained out dated rental homes at 4748 Riverglen that doesn’t look like the pictures. Rental Property company does not make sure b4 you arrive that home is maintained and tries to Blair it on the homeowner. Property manager Donna is rude and unprofessional and will interrupt you when you are speaking and hang up on you instead of allowing you to speak. If you must rent from this company make sure you take lots and lots of pictures when you get to the property, because they will allow the homeowner to lie about old previously damaged things so they can get the money from the damage insurance. This puts the renter character into question which is unexceptional to do to anyone. Rental property manger summer said she is works for the home owners not the the renters. Hmmmm well who protects their renters. With out the renters they would not have business. They must not care about repeat renters. Find someone who does

Fantastic experience: First time using Ponce Inlet Realty for my vacation rental to daytona. I highly recommend them. Check in and and check out were so easy. The place was everything described and more (twin towers unit 1207). Great communication and best service.

Negative experience: Prices where so high a person on social security could not afford first last security was six grand monthly 1800 to 2400 a month

Fantastic experience: Thank you so much Donna and The Ponce Inlet Realty team. I am a traveling nurse and was assigned here with little notice. After spinning my wheels for four days with no progress, I was about to give up and not accept the assignment due to lack of housing. In one day, Donna was able to help me secure a two month rental at a reasonable rate directly on the beach. I couldn't have done it without them! Thank you so much.

Negative experience: Wanted to look at homes and had 5 days yo do so. Received nothing from agent to see. We went away betty disappointed.

Fantastic experience: We just rented a two bedroom condo at Sea Fern condos this past week and LOVED it! the condo was updated and very clean. We even had a designated covered parking space which kept our vehicle much cooler. My family of four was extremely pleased with our stay. The beds were very comfortable and all three were memory foam. The balcony was amazing and has four rocking chairs. The flat screen TVs were great with a huge selection of channels and streaming options. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. Only one suggestion for the kitchen -- adding a blender would be helpful to make frozen drinks, slushies, etc. There were also a lot of beach chairs, boogie boards, sand buckets, etc. The showers were amazing with great water pressure. The only other suggestion I could add for the owner, would be to add a curtain over the first bedroom window. There are blinds for privacy, but it would be nice to be able to close a pair of curtains to block some of the light coming through. Other than those two suggestions, I can't think of anything else that would make this condo any better! We were in a perfect location. The beach was nice and never crowded. The pool was usually free with very few people using it. Plus we were just about 5 miles from all of the action at the Daytona strip, plenty of grocery options, and restaurants not too far away as well. We will definitely consider this condo again should we return to Daytona for a third year. Thank you!! :)

Fantastic experience: Have used Ponce Inlet Realty for the last 2 years to rent summer vacation condos and they are wonderful to work with. Beth, Donna, and Paula were so helpful this year as I had last minute conflicts and they still got us booked for 4th of July week! Very professional but also very friendly and down to earth people. We will be using them again for next year!

Negative experience: I inquired about a condo rental and the online response was VERY RUDE. I was surprised at the LACK of customer service. We will NEVER use the poor run company. VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
