Fantastic experience: Octavio was great to work with he was very kind and attentive to us. He had our house sold fairly quickly and was there to answer any questions we had throughout the process. He made our process as smooth and fast as he could so we could move on to our new adventures. He held open houses and  brought as many people through as he could. I felt he really spent the time and attention needed in order to make this a great transaction for us. He was knowledgeable about any questions we had and if he didn't know he got us the answers immediately. I would reccomend Octavio to anyone in the Daytona Beach/Deltona area looking to buy or sell! Negative experience: Well its like where do I start.first of all.I've never seen a business that reviews itself.I always thought reviews were for customers opinions.its just crazy how a company can carry on so reckless with people and the household.our water has been crazy for months.approximately 2 weeks ago we met our 3rd property manager.total insanity...she had noticed no smoke detectors after 4 months.we were told someone would be in touch.as usual no one came.its just crazy how people can lie right to your face and sleep at night.they had the odasity to ask I remove this review.L.O.L. one word.PATHETIC...minus 5 stars...
