Negative experience: The team represented as seller’s agent. After more than 10 days of closing the pole is still at my house. We requested multiple times but no help. Also for an another issue that could gave easily avoided if the agent was active, could not be resolved and now I am working with an attorney.

Fantastic experience: I've worked with Tory and his team since he sold my first house back in 2006, and he did it in four days! Most recently he sold our old house (in record time) and helped us find and buy our new, forever home. And he did it while in Las Vegas! After the housing crash in 2008, we contacted Tory a few times to find out if we could move. Unfortunately, because values were so low we weren't able to multiple times, but Tory stayed in contact through the years to catch up and let us know when the right time for us was. Our new home is everything we've ever wanted, but didn't know was out there. I was constantly looking for houses on the site and when we started seriously looking he provided lists of houses available. The home we ended up buying never appeared on my own search, but Tory and his team knew what we were looking for and added it to the list of properties we should look at. I've had experiences with every caliber of agent and have the horror stories to share as I'm sure most people do. A bad agent frustrates, angers and often times ruins deals and unfortunately they often put the client first.
