Fantastic experience: Great service from start to finish. I love that one of the first things we did was a questionnaire so we could rate what was important for us in our new home. Our agent was amazing and very attentive, always there with an answer to any question. Although we came in with a long list of homes we were interested in, most were not the right one for us and she was so on-point setting up a schedule for viewing all of them, and even house-to-house directions for our trip to be as hassle free as possible. After spending several Saturdays house-hunting with us, we found out dream home, and it was one that our agent found! I was sceptical, but she assured us that it had lots of features on our "dream home" list, and she was right, we love it! After getting preauthorized through a bank, we used their preferred lender for our financing because he was able to beat the costs. In addition, at closing, their office even takes the time to give us all the contact info for our utilities! Last thing I wanted to do during all the chaos was search for that information, glad I didn't have to. Plus the home warranty they got us is a HUGE plus. Thank you to your whole team for all the hard work getting us settled in. After we moved in, our agent stopped by to bring us our check for a program we qualified for, Homes for Heroes. Way bigger and better than we ever expected and the perfect way to close the transaction! I'll always recommend Nykole Larson and Associates to anyone needing to buy/sell.
