He is very accommodating and listens to the home owner concerns His team worked very hard to sell my home which in this market is not an easy sell. It took me some time to trust him due to a bad experience buying the home. But he was patient. He was always available and punctual. He is always willing to explain the why behind the why. And you definitely get a sense he is not out to just make a quick buck. He cares for his clients. If only i had this guy when i bought the home I am certain i wouldn't have bought the house I did. Fantastic experience: Thanks James for all you done. Was stationed in Hawaii when the process started and James made sure that we had a system to communicate so I would feel confident that my absence wasn't a disadvantage. He successfully negociated two contracts, winning them both (I decided to not pursue the first) and ultimately allowed me to close on my number 1 choice seamlessly. In one instance he was able to negotiate a good amount below listing and in the second contract, he was able to beat several competing offers without me feeling like we over reached. Throughout the process, he kept me up to date, recommended various strategies, and I felt he gave me honest feedback to my concerns. I never felt like I was being sold or pushed in a certain direction which is a huge turnoff for me. Overall, I think he did a great job and I do not believe just any realtor could've done the same.
