Fantastic experience: Over the course of my life and career, I've had to move, and buy and sell homes quite a few times. It is usually a somewhat stressful experience. However, this is the best experience I've ever had with a realtor and selling my house! Jess and Tonya and the rest of the team had not only taken care of the selling of my house, they made sure to get me the best options for my particular situation, as I moved out of state. Even when I got impatient and wanted to move on a repair, they metaphorically held my hand and calmly got me not just a good option, but the best and saved me money at the same time. Moreover, they listened to my concerns and included the solutions in their responses. They took the time to build trust. Even when I forgot a particular issue, they stayed on top of all the details, and checked in with me frequently. Fantastic experience: My wife and I were referred to Jess from a friend who moved to Maryland a couple of years ago. We recently got orders to move to Maryland and were first time homebuyers who had to do most of the process virtually. Jess has a ton of super helpful guides and YouTube videos that she sent us initially to familiarize ourselves with the process, what our/her roles were, et cetera. Jess made herself available when we found out we'd be able to travel up for a weekend and showed us several homes in several areas that we were looking for. She was great in getting any answers we needed back to us to make sure we felt comfortable and informed (literally she never made me feel stupid for asking a question.) During our settlement phase we had some heartaches but she helped us bounce back and really went to bat for us to make sure we got our dream home. I cannot stress enough how GRATEFUL we are to have had her in our corner. She pulled through and we settled without any major issues. She gifted us a beautiful sign for our house that we keep in our window and it was the sweetest sentiment.
