Fantastic experience: Mary Moore and the Gilmore Property Group rocks!!! They were my saving grace for a quick interstate move that required the sell of my home , telocation, and having a rental ready for me in MD. My son and I bought our first Maryland home and could not have asked for better partners and advocates than Lonnie and Lisa Gilmore. They gave us an orientation to the local market and laws, and then we started our house hunt. When I came down from NYC for a week, Lonnie made himself available to show us all the properties that interested us, and as he got to know us, he identified some gems for our search. He and Lisa were very communicative and helped us structure competitive offers within our budget that never exceeded the home’s market value. Fantastic experience: Lisa Gilmore is a superhero! She saved the day numerous times and handled every curveball with great faith! We never could have gotten thru our complex move without her. There were miracles from God left and right! Lisa was also extremely conscientious and gracious about our personal goals and financial needs. Fantastic experience: Couldn't be more happy with my experience with the Gilmore Property Group. I was in a situation where I needed to sell my house quick and was referred to Lonnie as a realtor. The team goes over the top and had my house sold in under a weekend, much above asking. The team is fun to work with and also very professional. They take care of you from the beginning and made selling my house a breeze. There was times I had appointments at my house that I couldn't make due to work, and Lonnie would volunteer to be there and even offered to help me pack and clean!
