Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with this individual. She was unwilling to help me and made me feel judged because of my race and religion. I did not feel respected or treated fairly, and I would not recommend her services to others.

Negative experience: I recently relocated from Ohio to Maryland, so I wanted a knowledgeable African American agent who could support me finding a suitable new home in the Baltimore area. My experience with Audrey Rozier was very disappointing and underwhelming. Yes, I found a new place. However, I did most, if not all, of the leg work. Pros: - Virtual showing option Cons: - Poor options on KW Realtor website w/ terrible external reviews - Irregular / no communication with updates - Lack of follow through with other agents or myself (i.e. not keeping me informed of any updates; I had to personally contact agents & heard back almost instantly) - Lack of availability for communication / lack of prioritization of my search (I.e. enjoying a hot girl summer or always prioritizing other clients). All and all - I expected more leadership & confidence in a top MD realtor. The ball was dropped severely with a poor first impression of KW Realty & Ms. Rozier. Thankfully, Ms. Rozier & myself both agree this wasn’t her best work.

There were so many people that responded to my post and wanted to help but only two that I was interested in helping me based on what they said. I found her after parting ways with another realtor due to lack of transparency, and my first interaction with her compared to the person I had previously worked with was like night and day. She set up a time for me to meet her at her office, and gave me a presentation of what to expect of her, as well as the home buying process in general. I really appreciated her taking the time to make sure I understood everything. I also wanted someone who was very familiar with the areas I was looking in, Audrey is a native and clearly knew them all well. We saw countless homes, and she didn't bat an eye when I changed my mind about numerous things. The sellers of the home I bought were notoriously difficult during the process but Audrey stayed on top of it, making sure they completed everything on their end while keeping me updated. She was patient and very professional throughout the entire process, and I will absolutely be working with her again in the future.
