The Swanbeck Team at Keller Williams was recommended by a friend and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience working with Patrick and his team. We were in Fort Myers for a brief stay in October. We called and spoke with Patrick, and within 2 hours, he had sent us an impressive list of properties that matched our criteria for a home in Florida. We met up the next day and we visited several to get a better idea of what exactly we were looking for. We knew we were not planning to buy on this first venture out, but Patrick took us to one complex after another just to see what was out there and to help us narrow down what exactly we wanted in a home. Over the next month or so, we checked out the listings Patrick sent us each week as well as properties listed on Zillow. What we noticed was that as soon as a property was listed that fit our criteria, they were being snapped up in less than a week. We decided another trip to Florida was in order, and this time we were ready to buy. We got in from the airport and went straight to meet Patrick. We had sent him a long list of properties to look at during the previous week. We arranged access to all of them. After spending the day looking, we realized that we needed to adjust our criteria: we decided 3 bedrooms was a must (we had been looking at 2 bedrooms, or 2 bedrooms with a den). We also decided a garage was a must as well. So, it was back to the drawing board the next morning, with another list of properties to see. We found what we were looking for. After losing out on a property the day before, when we found a property that fit our needs, we put in an offer right away. It was accepted and we were thrilled. Patrick’s guidance and assistance did not end with the accepted contract. He has been there every step of the way. When we needed a plumber, he provided us with a name. When we were confused about hooking up the water in our name, he was there to help. He’s checked in with us numerous times since closing to make sure all is good. We feel as if we not only found a wonderful real estate agent who we highly recommend, but we’ve made a friend as well.

I bombarded him with questions on a daily basis and relied on him for inspections and all the other details of purchasing a home in Florida. Even though he represented the seller, he went the extra mile for me even after the sale went through. I didn't come back to Florida for 4 months and he kept an eye on the house inside and out to make sure everything was working correctly. Unfortunately I hadn't met Tom previously as I would have had him handle the sale of the condo I had before I bought this home. I wouldn't recommend the other agent period. When I sell one other investment property I will definitely contract with Tom.
